No core mod is working?? Loading screen crash. AGAIN.

Hiya, I'm having a bit of a problem as any core mod I download, (obviously a preference for awesomemod but I thought to try it with others) are all causing my game not to load at the first load screen after the cinematic, I've had problems with it before but that was for having the old versions etc. I'm patched correctly and have downloaded the right versions this time etc, but they are all crashing. I've not had this problem before the patch. Other mods and CC are working fine. I've tried clearing caches but nothing happened, am I just being really stupid?

Any ideas?

Duh. Sorry I forgot I had to do a clean install to get it patched.
