   Can a Sim who died of old age and is now a ghost have a baby? Does it matter if they're male or female?

Yes, and no. Anytme a ghost is involved in a pollination, there's a chance of a ghost babby.

Nothing special about old age ghosts. However, Old Age ghosts are Elders, and therefore, only the males can reproduce.
