All sim store stuff from here wont install

Hello

I have downloaded the sims store packages from the links on this site and i have tried to install them but the message always comes up, installation failed; please make sure your game has the latest software updates and try again. Done!

I have all the expansions and all the updates, other things install from other websites and i have downloaded stuff from the store and it installed ok, would like to not have to pay for the stuff from the store and was wondering if i was doing something wrong that all the store stuff from here wont install
