Controller age error?

So my friend is getting a controller age error thingy whenever she is loading a lot she created, she hasn't tried doing anything for a premade lot so we're not sure if it shows for both. Has anyone gotten this error before?

Do 50/50 first, so "your friend" can get an answer faster. Someone else asked this in the Armory. Probably your sock friend.

Ill tell her to look in the Armory and to get a log. (If she knows how.)

As a side note, I'm not afraid to ask you guys questions. She however is afraid you'll call her a n00b, point and laugh, and shun her for stupid questions. I'm just doing her a favor.

Edit: I looked in the Armory for something that hinted toward this problem but found nothing. It maybe that I simply wasn't looking hard enough but then agian it's not really MY problem. I'll just tell her to go through all of them and look.....

If they found the anwser for their question about it for AL, would the same problem most likely be solved the same way for up to freetime?

Unless the issue was flagged as specific to an AL feature, the solution probably would work for previous EPs.
