Well mate, you gotta viewing deck, a lockable kitchen, lockable stairs and ample room for a desk near the entrance - not yet placed. The bathrooms could have the flushforce toilet but currently have a more aesthetically pleasing shitter. Routing should not be a problem. Heaps of room for expansion over the garage.

I've probably forgotten something, but I've attended to all the things I remember.

Oh, fencing, it would need a couple of gates to block off the driveway and a bit more fencing.

Routing issues in dining room. Either remove buffet or put the table hard up against the opposite wall. Or get a smaller table.
