Corrupt Mesh?

Is there anyway to fix this? I have all expansions and stuff packs and no custom content in my game. (Yes, I know the skintone is custom, but it's an old picture.)  I just did a re-install and it's still there.

I saw something similar to the first two pictures.  I thought it was a weird posture on the part of the Sim.

Isn't this the same glitch people were complaining about when Glamour Life was released? There's even pictures somewhere on MATY that show it.

I would try replacing objects.package with a fresh copy. And try to find that thread about Glamour, since it could have a solution.

Thanks for the link and suggestion but I didn't see anything. Nor did the suggestion work.
