You'd think the creator of the mesh would have noticed the mesh crashing their own game...
You'd think it wouldn't be that hard for EA to do a database search for one file and pull it...
Mind you, it would probably be publicists that run the web page, not game coders or anyone with a bit of nouse.
Don't suppose you have the name of the mesh in case I come across it?
a) It crashes the game only under limited circumstances. But once the problem was reported, the creator should have verified it and pulled the mesh before it got quite so prevalent.
b) The mesh is
inside the file for a Sim or a house, so whatever "search" program they used would need to be able to check inside Sims2Pack or Sims2Skin files.
c) Yes, that's a bit much for a non-coder.
d) One of the worst offenders has "dressastop" as part of its file name.
