Sim gets spaghetti, spaghetti disappears, repeat (logs attached)

I directed a Sim to fix dinner, and every time he gets the food out it disappears after he shuts the door. Then he will try again (without being directed again) and the same thing happens. No custom foods, not a custom fridge, the only custom meshed objects on the lot are some windows. The Sim's only been in the house for two Sim days (in fact it's a brand new hood).

I'm attaching some logs too. I also got an XLS file generated if anyone wants to see that. I don't know if that's anything important or not.

ETA: He can make a TV dinner just fine, but spaghetti is a no-go

Something's messed up with the counters. Try replacing them and see if that fixes it.
