False cheating bug?

I had thought that the "false cheating" bug was fixed by the drama mod (met self?) but apparently not since I downloaded JMP's latest version of that mod today before launching the game and am still getting this freaking bug constantly since I installed pets.

Basically what happens is a Sim 1 who has a crush or is in love with another sim 2 thinks that sim 2 is cheating whenever 1&2 have a romantic interaction like a kiss or a hug, and then they end up slapping each other and becoming enemies.

I had never seen this before Pets but now it is really interfering with my ability to play the game

Is there a Pets compatible mod that does actually fix this problem, or was my assumption that it was the drama mod correct but that mod just not working.

Try Romance Mod? I haven't encountered this yet, but if I see it it will die.

Is the romance mod pets friendly?  I thought I saw that it wasn't.  Ah well, I will add it back in and see what happens

There was also a bug in ACR that could cause that problem. Make sure you have the latest version if you use it.

I just downloaded ACR a couple days ago but I'll doublecheck that you haven't updated it since then... ah, you have!  Ok, I will get the new one then.

Just an update for anyone else having this issue that getting that twojeff's latest fix did seem to cure it.  Yay!
