Employee Controller

I finally (yes, finally) got my first "Own Five Top Level Businesses" LTW, only to find it's a major PITA not to be able to control the sims that work for you.  I've run a pretty extensive search across MTS2 and MATY and come up with no solution.

Managers are controllable, so there must be some way that it could work, but knowing Maxis...

Is it possible to make employees controllable?

You could use boolProp testing etc. and then you can make any sim on the lot controllable.  And unlike Merola's mirror, it doesn't stop when you click on another sim.

You could just promote everyone to manager. That makes them all controllable. Alternatively, you can try Business Runs You, which would alleviate the need to control employees anyway since it will make them do less stupid shit.

I actually found a hack that allows any non-controllable to be controlled, over at the MTS2, by Dolphin.  So far, so good

Well, not HAVING to control them at all is better than being able to control them.
