Have you seen this bug?

I turned off neighbour view by mistake and now I can't turn it back on.  It won't let me. Has that happen to anyone?

Umm what? Neighbourhood view? I wasn't aware you could turn it off!

You should be able to go to either graphics options or game options and turn it back on.

I'm assuming you are talking about being able to see your neighbors from your lot, not viewing the entire neighborhood.
