What makes this Zombie think she can make herself at home in my home?

I have a Sim who constantly keeps coming over to visit.  She does not ring the dorbell, just waltzes in and makes herself at home.  There she stays all day, and when she gets bored she says "I can't believe how late it is..." and lurches off.
I've had other visitors in other homes that do the same thing; they usually end up being eaten by the cowplant, but in this house I've fenced in the cowplant to prevent accidents, and I'm rather fond of this particular Zombie in her own way, she's a prop in my vampire castle.

I'm assuming this is a feature of the game, and not some bug or conflict.
I'm just curious to know what's causing it.  Is is a personality thing?

i think it is. i think it's connected to the outgoing personality...i think..

Yep-outgoing sims just walk in and make themselves at home once they are friends with one of your sims! Amin Sims is always just walking right in off the street and helping himself to food etc.

How can she possibly be outgoing?  She's a zombie.
I guess I'll SimPe away some of her personality.

  She's only got 4 personality points, both genetic and modified.

I'm going to turn it down to 0 just in case.

Are there other factors?
I'll remove her charisma and other things she doesn't need as well.

I had this same problem with Daniel Pleasant a while back. He's lucky he's still alive.
