Dorm Elevator Amazing 1-bit fix

This should fix the elevators in dorms so they don't make non-playable dormies "forget" that they are dormies. Total change: 1 bit of code. 

EDIT: A new version has been made, and seems to be working after initial testing.

- elevator-dorm-fix requires EP1 and EP3, and does not work with EP4 nor EP5
- elevator-dorm-pets-fix requires EP4 and/or EP5

Apparently, EA murdered the wrong Dizzy. It's been known that there are two Dizzies, of which Dizzy is the second. But number-names here are banned, so perhaps they sought out the first Dizzy and killed him thinking it to be this Dizzy, when they should have killed the second Dizzy. The fact remains that a Dizzy was murdered, but if it isn'r our Dizzy, obviously, who cares, right?
