Looking for sliders and a question regarding package files....

Ok, so, I was going through some older dowloads and came across a file that used to give you more sliders for the
face and body. Does anyone know if there is an updated version of this anywhere?

I was also looking for the tutorial on how to change Sims 3 pack into package files. ( an updated version, if there is one.)

I guess that is all I wanted to ask. As usual, help is always appreciated.
