My sims keep jumping out of bed after traveling

Hi. I am new here. I hope I'm leaving this post in the right place.
Okay. My sims played normal until I sent one of them to France. She came back and the first problem I noticed was that she would not stay on the phone with anyone for more than 20 minutes (sims time). Then I notice she won't stay in bed. She immediately jumps out of bed. She can only nap. I have tried almost everything I can possible think. I even uninstall all of the sims, including all expansions, but I still get the same problem.
If this is not the correct place for this post please at least direct me.

Thanks. I saw that one before but didn't post there because it was too old and seems no one found a fix. I will wait until someone repairs this glitch.

ETA: I talked to Pescado...

and whatever else you need to do to fix the damn problem, AND this info was added LONG before you made your thread. So how much hand-holding do you need, exactly?
