Females can't plan outfits, males can

This is a new problem, and it's really odd.  In two different lots, the males can "plan outfit" and the females can't.  It doesn't matter how many outfits a female has, she can't "plan outfit."  I tried this with several different females, then used the mind control mirror to try it on Townies.  Same result.

I've searched several forums, and other people have this problem, but no one has an answer.  So I came here for an answer.  Where is my answer!!!

Ahem.  Is there any chance the lot debugger may work on this?  From some of the posts I read, it may be a problem that happens on some lots and not others.

Have you tried the outfit planner?  Sometimes the problem is that the outfits haven't appeared in the wardrobe, and this usually puts that problem right.
