TS3 Crashes in build/buy mode

[Hi]

I had just finally gotten the Awesomemod to work, until i actually went into the sims. Everything worked until i went to buy a house
 I tried moving him using teleport but all the actions that i assigned him were deleted. When i went into buy mode to remove/move the mailbox, the game crashed.

There is a much similar topic buried deep inside the vast bowels of this forum. It might be an entire day of work in itself finding this elusive topic, a test of your information gathering skills. Hopefully you will find this literal fountain of information regarding your problem, but this, this is not where you will get help.
