How to boot messed up roommates?
« on: 2009 April 28, 18:19:39 »
THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I have a sim who proposed to a townie living in the same apartment building to be his roommate.  The roommate situation was fine until I restored a save of the n'hood. The roommate's icon disappeared from the roommate skewer, but when I play another family in the apartment building, the roommate is in the apt when I go to visit. I used the lotdebugger to fix "invisible sims" and "bad apartment residencies", and the popup messages said the roommate was fixed.  But the roommate still does not show up on the icon skewer.

I moved out the sim and then back in, still no roommate but the roommate is always in the room when I play the other family and visit. I had the sim to place ads for roommate on the phone, and he got another roommate. Stupidly, I used Christainlov's clothing rack to change the second roommate's appearence, and the roommate was zapped afterwards.  Now he has two roommates that do not show up on the roommate skewer, but always present when another sim visits, and he can call them on the phone.

How can I get rid of the roommates?
