Holiday House Elsewhere (Other then on BV hood)?

So i have noticed you can make hotel in the base hood.
im wondering if its possible to have a home away from home in any of the hoods instead of the BV ones.
ie. having a vacation home in the base n/hood. seems silly i know.
but i had a question from my brother to ask if its possible.

No. Vacation homes are type "Residential", like any other house. So if you put one in a normal hood, it behaves as a normal residential house and cannot be bought as vacation homes.
