Getting a patch without an internet connection

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I won't have connection to the internet for an undetermined time, but did buy BV. If I want to get my game patched, is there any way to get the patch on my system indirectly? I can transfer data to my pc by memorystick for example.

No idea whether this is possible (it seems pretty unlikely to me) but thought it might be worth a shot to ask anyway.

If you download the patch to your desktop, zip it up to compress it and then either burn it to a cd or put it on a memory stick. You can then transfer it to another pc, and you have a backup if needed. Wink

I feel incredibly stupid now. Thanks for clarifying that.

Although I seem to remember that when I used to patch the game, it installed automatically... Hence my confusion.

When you download it you can either save or run the file. One of those options you set and forget! Grin
