Pickpockets are stalkers

I been using this mod however I still have anti redundancy (I modified it abit) and I get charlatans

When I said I modified it I mean I took out the charlatan code from the anti-redundancy hack and just used the no pickpocket respawn hack to replace it, apparently there is a difference, before I modified the hack I didn't get any charlatans however after I took out the code from the antiredundancy hack and replaced it they show up, maybe the code might need attention
