You're not the maintainer of PMBD? I do server and technical things. I don't maintain content, that requires contacts with people who have feelings. I don't ujnderstand what you mean. Do you mean people are no longer posting to MATY, or do you mean people are using paysites unkown to you? I mean that, yes, obviously, this place is now fairly quiet, and that people have taken the paysite war to their own other sites. Shutdown what, PMBD or MATY? Or both? Yes.

Given that we have no suppliers or maintainers, no. You're not the maintainer of PMBD? People seem to have taken their business to various other sites, I don't ujnderstand what you mean. Do you mean people are no longer posting to MATY, or do you mean people are using paysites unkown to you? but we have no plans to otherwise shutdown anytime soon unless I keel over dead. Shutdown what, PMBD or MATY? Or both?

I've been thinking a lot about what would constitute an AwesomeSpec house in the Sims 4. I think there are a few key features that any house should have, and after that the needs of a house tend to extend from what activities/aspirations your sims will lean toward. These are some of the things I think any house should have: - Furnishings should have the highest stats your sim can afford
- Emotional support items should focus certain rooms on certain emotions
- Bathrooms should be numerous enough for the size of the household and the distance to be traveled from one part of the house to another.
- Most daily activities should take place on the main floor. Sleeping, skillination, laundry/utility, and spa activities are good choices for things to put on other floors.
- Guests should be restricted to the main floor.
- Toddlers should be restricted to one floor.
- There should be enough support for per-sim emotion moodlets so there doesn't always have to be an emotional support item nearby
- Shower
- Tub
- Tea Infuser
- Yoga Mat
- Utility room/attic items should include, at minimum
- Fire suppression sprinkler
- Thermostat
- Attic Stack Decoration Box

I have failed at both Google and the Wayback machine.
Does anybody have the add-on and additional community lots for the neighborhood Morewood? They would have been on the old Derailed Sims website, created primarily by Macgirlffx and Nanamouskoury. The Wayback machine has the pages, but not the downloads. Anybody know if maybe Duckie, who ran that site, might have them? And a way to contact her?

I might be kind of talking to nobody here, but on the off chance that OP sees this, I have a couple of questions about Sunset Valley Expanded. It's great, it's definitely my favorite remake of SV I know of, but I kind of want to make my own version, or at least tweak yours some in the Create a World tool. First, is it possible to download the files needed for CAW from SV Expanded? And second, how did you manage to get all the ghosts into the game? From what I can tell it's impossible to put those in a town through CAW.
Anyway, thank you!
