Clean Slate does remove old romantic interests. If you dropoldloves to remove them, it will affect your reputation. The reputation system is so unbelievably stupid.
Agreed there, my sim female got classed as "Naughty" for apparently hugging another male sim that was not her husband. My sim got labeled for having a friend sim over at her house. They didn't even interact, the friend sim just went and slept inside of a sarcophagus she had on display in her house. The next morning, she has a naughty reputation.

I have updated all collections up to the Killer Classics collection. I also changed some icons using the mod linked above to add more icons. Note that you need decrapified files for this to work. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=UWQR6Z2Jhttp://www.4shared.com/rar/UOoq3BaU/Store_Collections_Updated_1-04.htmlOn top of this, I have added several collections that make it so you can bypass the incredibly overstuffed Misc Decor section when looking for crap to decorate your house. It also irritated me that EA apparently can't put things like plants in a proper category, so I went through and made collections for things like plants, fountains, vases, etc so you don't have to dig through that huge section full of shit like rainbow-bunny-peeing-on-a-cockroach statues that you will never use. And I organized them by EP and type. YOU ARE WELCOME.

Are your items decrapfied? Those collections were made using decrapified content, so unless your content is decrapified, that would happen.
I have exclusively the store items uploaded by Moryrie (those in 9 big package files). I assumed they are already decrapified...? The package files will not work. The packaged ones and decrapified sims3packs are considered two different sets of items, even if the items are the same, so the game won't recognize them, unfortunately. In order for my collections to work you would have to download everything in sims3pack form and then decrapify it. Maybe someone else can make collections for the package files, but I'm not going to do it again because it took forever =P

Anyone mind testing this out for me? I'm currently using the time waiting for pets to arrive to put all of the store items into separate collections for each set, and I'm wondering if it's possible to share them so other people can use them without spending all of the time. So I lazily zipped my collections folder and uploaded it here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=6Y9MDPV7Could someone tell me if it works? Currently it contains collections for all of the store compilation sets from June to October 2011. Since I just zipped the folder you might get duplicates of the default collections, I don't know. But it still beats sorting through your CC to put in each respective item, trust me. This will likely only work for people with decrapified sims3packs. And obviously you have to have the files for this to work. If it works I'll upload the entire thing once I'm done creating all of them.

What doesn't work after the fix: - Swing animation, at least for adult sims - The pull-out-chair animation when sims sit down or get up - When a toddler takes a toy from the toy box, he clips into it slightly. - Hot tub animations are broken, sim gets in and then pops up in the middle of the air over it. - Refrigerator doors do not open, neither do trash compactors or dishwashers - Sims refuse to pedal bikes, but they still move magically. Also, the dismount animation for bikes may be wrong. I don't remember what the original animation looked like but my sim sure looked awkward getting off of it. - The scooter animation is COMPLETELY wrong, with the sim sitting perpendicular to the scooter, and 3 feet away from it. Yikes. - Sims hold the guitars at the wrong angle.
If you want me to test something specifically let me know, I don't know what to look for. So far it seems like the main problems are objects not opening properly and sims picking up and holding objects.
I've been able to test everything but the toy box in its decrapified simpack form, and its all worked so far. I tried some decrapified simpacks that I got from a torrent and they didn't work, so now I'm going to try to find simpacks elsewhere and decrapify them and see if that works. This is like a treasure hunt, but with slow loading times! Edit: Success! At first it didn't work, but then I remember to clear my caches. At least the dining chairs now work. It is so beautiful! Thanks for helping me out here. Now the hard part is going through and finding all of the content in sims3pack form.

Okay, so I reinstalled the game completely, patched after each expansion install, downloaded Moryrie's packages again, decrapified them, and put them in the game, and I am still having the animation problems. I really do not know what the issue is and why it is not working for me.
Time to bust out the RigFix program.
Yeah, decrapifying my packages as is doesn't work. You have to use the original simpacks. Or the regfix you used after. Can you possibly list exactly what is and isn't fixed by that fix? I've only tested out the dining-chair seated animation on the Faerie table dining set, as that one was consistently messed up for me. Before the fix, the sims would animate pulling out the dining chair to sit on it, but the chair wouldn't move, and after a second the sims would pop a couple of feet behind the chair in the sitting position. With the fix, the chair still doesn't move when they sit down or get up, but they sit in the chairs in the proper place. I also tested the swingset animations. Before the fix sims would do the swing animation, but the actual swing itself did not move, so the sims looked like they were swinging on air. After the fix, the swing still doesn't move, and the sims stay in place on the swing, lifting their legs of if they're swinging. So not much improvement there. So far this is the only problem I've had with using items, however I haven't played much since I'm waiting for all of my mods to be updated and I haven't received Pets yet. Sorry if this isn't specific enough, I'm not very technical when it comes to the Sims. Earlier yesterday I did try decrapified sims3packs and those were borked too, though I can test them after the new install and see if that is still the case. I'll just edit this to post out what I've found so far: What doesn't work after the fix: - Swing animation, at least for adult sims - The pull-out-chair animation when sims sit down or get up - When a toddler takes a toy from the toy box, he clips into it slightly. What does work: - Sims now sit in the proper spot when sitting down - Sitting/napping on the couch is okay - Getting books from the bookshelf - Using beds, both single and double (couldn't test woohoo because I have some kind of mod conflict that won't allow my sims to currently) - Toddler picking up items such as teddy bears is okay. - Putting toddlers in the crib - All bathroom animations (taking shower, taking bath, using the toilet, washing hands) - Making the bed - Lounge chair nap - Sims seem to have no problem putting objects on counters and tables. - Coffeemakers work fine - Cars work fine - The easel, chess board, and telescope are good - Stoves, cooking animations If you want me to test something specifically let me know, I don't know what to look for. So far it seems like the main problems are objects not opening properly and sims picking up and holding objects.

I used the RigFix on Moryrie's package files and it did help quite a bit. Some animations are still missing but it's enough for me to be able to play with without being driven crazy by sims floating 4 feet away from the dining table.
Luckily, even if you do have to replace some files, most are not affected. All of the hairs and clothing, for instance, and the lots, etc. It's just some of the furniture.

This is actually a pretty cool idea. Once all the CC and mods and crap for the Pets expansion are fixed I might go for it. Though for me things like collecting are what I do the most on my characters because I'm sick of rabbit-hole jobs.

I downloaded decrapified sims3packs of the store yesterday and tried them out, and some items didn't work, though most did. The ones that didn't seem to work were anything that uses the dining chair sitting animation, such as toilets and whatever. Everything else appears to be working okay. Going to test out Moryrie's packages, hopefully they work and will save a lot of pain/

There are a couple of threads of interest on the topic over at MTS apparently anything made with or using _RIG is borked. I came here wondering if we'd have to re-upload/download all the store stuff because there was a patch to make them compatible that the store released but obviously that applies differently here considering the method in which we obtain the materials. Apparently custom hairs/clothes/make-up/etc aren't effected. Also there has been speculation that statues/decorative objects aren't effected. Or at least that's how I understand it but I'm not a modder.
Unfortunately, it appears so. I just tested some store chairs and tables obtained here in a .package file (the Faire Fine Dining set) and they are borked. So is the new super special magic toilet. Looks like these are going to have to be redone.

My game does the freeze thing when my sims are traveling too, but it happens when I remove mods as well. I don't think it's related. I think it has something to do with tombs, as it usually only starts lagging the first time a sim starts exploring one. Very annoying. But I had that problem before I downloaded all this junk, so if you're going to have a laggy WA, you might as well do it in style, I say.
