1  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Abandonated Mods Needing Updates for Free Time on: 2008 March 08, 03:43:07
I've had a few issues with a couple of Monique's mods.

No Spin into Clothes - caused my sims to line up at the dresser and cycle from everyday->swim->underwear->everyday
No Auto Play Music Max Creativity - I'm not 100% positive, but I believe this mod was keeping my sims from gaining hobby points on the Guitar and Piano towards Music/Dance if they were at maximum creativity.

3  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Are sims supposed to get a memory of being struck by lightning? on: 2007 March 04, 17:38:52
I've had 2 sims get hit and neither of them got a memory of it. Neither had a want or fear of it at the time either.

Just wondering if this is a glitch or by design.
4  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Seasons: What mods are you already begging for? on: 2007 March 04, 17:36:42
Is this with the updated version? It should have been updated to include the relevant constants already. Do not use outdated merchandise.

(hangs head in shame)

No. And I thought I was being so careful too. I printed out a list of all my hacks, removed those not compatible and updated those that were updated. Somehow this one slipped through and I was using the version from 2/11/07 instead of 2/28/07.

Thank you Morigale! You saved me many restarts trying to figure out which one was causing the problem. I took out lesswhiney and I'm not having the plantperson problems.
6  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Seasons: What mods are you already begging for? on: 2007 March 03, 16:55:46
Why when a plantperson gives a bath to a toddler plantperson does the adult's water need go down?

I've also got a hack conflict of some sort that involves plantpeople as well. They keep jumping out of interactions, I can't queue them as they jump and their plumbobs blink on and off. (Time to remove all CC and hacks and start adding them back in one creator at a time).

Another question for anyone who knows... when a plantperson has a plantbaby, will it always be the same gender as the adult? I had a female "have plantbaby" and 4 times over it was a girl. I haven't had luck getting a male converted yet to try and see if he can only make boy plants.
7  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Paypal Robbery on: 2007 January 17, 22:01:37
Is anyone else having issues with PayPal? I try to do a dispute and it wants to automatically escalate it to a claim. When I try to do that, I keep getting an error 3005.

I just sent $25.
9  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Abandonated & Unconfirmed Mods: Anybody tried these with Pets? on: 2006 October 27, 01:17:04
Does anyone know if Dizzy's work-deliver3 works with Pets? Thanks!
10  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Whatever happened to bodyhair? on: 2006 October 25, 19:30:40
np Nectere, I'm already glad you linked that topic.

Oh! Thank you so much Patty B! That's the stuff! The person I'm trying to make has a bit hairier chest bu this should be great for version1.12

Thankyou!!! ^^  Grin

I've got quite a few of the files downloaded... PM me your email address and what files you were looking for and I'll see what I can do.

Have you seen this one?

Oh my, this is starting to drive me batty!

My test family in N004 hired a maid. They have a fishtank. Maid was stuck cleaning the fishtank over and over. I ended up firing her to get her to stop.

I'm sure I had a hack to fix that, or is this something that was broke/fixed/now broke again?

Another family bought a cat. I then bought all the things a cat requires. Stupid sims start with the "What's this" all over the house.  Roll Eyes

nowhatsthis will be added back in before my next play session!
13  Awesomeware / The Armory / Re: No Autonomous Pet Buying on: 2006 October 21, 15:59:06
They CAN and DO buy pets autonomously and then they can't coller the fuzzy crowd. Pescado, have  you found out where the collars go to after they buy them? They do NOT go on a dog or cat.

To put a collar on a dog or cat, you have to use a Maxis EA mirror and "Change Appearance" of the pet.

Hope this helps!
14  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Director's Cut/What Actually Works for Pets on: 2006 October 19, 00:43:22
My guess is anything in http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/ffs/pets/hacks/ should be Pet Safe.
15  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Web Hosting Services? on: 2006 October 12, 22:31:43
I'm using bluehost.com for my personal site (non sims related). I'm happy with them.
16  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Another, I can't find ... thread. on: 2006 October 12, 21:37:00
Once I went through the director's cut and searched for every hack using the search function. That made me tired, but I knew what was in my game. There should really be a wiki for this place, seriously.

On topic, does anyone know if any of these hacks satisfy the "buy new clothes" want? I have the little pile of shirts (clothing tool from here?) and it doesn't.

I use Monique's computer and it does satify the "Buy Clothes" want.
17  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: i'm frickin bored no1 cook food for me :( on: 2006 September 10, 01:14:06
I would appreciate an update for OFB compatibility (Smarter Lights & Babysitter) or even wishful thinking for Kitchen Uses You!  Shocked

FreakyRufus at MTS2 has updated Dizzy's Babysitter to be OFB compatible: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?goto=lastpost&t=154779. I'm using it in my game with no troubles.

Many of my SimGuys use these for their athletic wear.
19  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Summer Life is Online! on: 2006 August 01, 21:48:37
I emailed the creator a few days ago and got a reply back today. He said I was like the third person to thank him and thanked me for thanking him.

Shiny!

(runs off and downloads... like my downloads folder needs another thing)
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New Patches for OFB and FFS on: 2006 June 18, 02:26:57
I didn't have a problem installing the second patch either. I did install the first patch back when it came out as well.

I guess I should note I do not have FFS either.
22  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Alright, 'fess up! on: 2006 April 09, 15:50:16
Ok, I'm totally embarrased here. My downloads folder is 3.44GB, 12,008 files, 108 folders. My TSR folder is the biggest, at around 550MB, with several others at the 350MB mark.

Gosh, I really need to do a purge  Shocked
23  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: New Maxis "Runs With Scissors" Object update for OFB on: 2006 March 23, 19:44:47
Thanks! I'll be downloading when I get home from work.

I killed my first Sim using this  Shocked
24  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Reporters not reporting? on: 2006 March 08, 02:26:37
I've only seen the reporter once in my home business and the only thing he did was steal my toddler. No review one way or the other Sad

On a related note, I'm trying to recreate the kidnapping. So far, no "playable" Sim has been able to wander off the lot with a toddler. I'm beginning to wonder if it was a random fluke with the Reporter NPC.
25  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: How is that for undignified behavior ... on: 2006 March 05, 21:37:55
I think this is new to OFB. Children and Teens and Adults can now all hang out. (Haven't played an elder yet, but I would guess they can hang out too).

I might be needing the No Autonomy Hang Out hack soon.

What I want is the darn business owner to stay in the show part of the house instead of constantly trying to sneak out and go play piano/guitar/swim/wahtever.
