I am struggling with a mesh conversion, would someone be willing to help?

Trying to convert this hair for males: http://mybluebookblog.blogspot.com/2010/06/peggy-03927-converted.html But i can't get it to show up in game at all, it just comes out bald.

There was a gender conversion done for TS2: http://www.mediafire.com/?1y2my3n3jyw But milkshape won't open the mesh...

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
