Ok, I'm retarded. I've been trying to set a martial arts outfit but I can't get it to work. I read this post http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,19807.0.html

I want to get the athletic outfit #2 set as the martial arts outfit. So I've tried typing "outfitcp [sim] <32>.2 <128>.2' I've also done the same code using outfitmv, and I've tried swapping the numbers 32 and 128. I get a message saying "<32> is not a valid outfit entry" or "<128> is not a valid outfit entry". And when I go to CAS mode through the 'plan outfit' interaction with the dresser, there's no martial arts outfit to edit, and when I type in the codes while in CAS nothing happens at all.

So basically, someone give me the step-by-step 'tard-friendly' instructions on how to set a martial arts outfit?

Ok, I'm about ready to kick this game in the balls. It's freezing and crashing all the time and it's been happening for a while so I can't seem to find out exactly what's causing it. I think it started happening shortly after installing showtime and updating from 1.29. I'm using a custom world, but I don't think that's the issue because I've always played in that neighborhood. I tried playing in Starlight Shores and I still got occasional freezes. I don't think it's due to any particular interaction because it's happened so many times and it doesn't matter what my sim is doing. I've been playing with the same mods I always have, they're updated for the latest patch and I know nothing conflicts with AM. I've tried playing w/ no mods except AM and it still happens. One thing I did notice is that when I turned AM's story progression off, it didn't crash. But I don't want to use EA's crappy story progression, I've always been using the awesome story driver. I do know that the patches that came after 1.29 have a tendency to cause crashing. The world I'm playing in is called Shearwater, created by simsample at sims cave. Is there a way Pescado can test out my game to see what exactly is causing it to crash all of a sudden? Do I upload the file in my "saves" folder? And I use "insert FTP link" to attach it, right?

I have a couple of questions. First, I've been having trouble with my game freezing and crashing lately. I'm working trying to figure out what is causing it. One thing I noticed that *might* be causing it is when I used the config tool to switch the AwesomeStoryPopCap from zero to one. Could that cause my game to freeze or crash, or does that not ever cause problems? Also... when I used the AwesomeStroyPopCap to stop sims from spawning, I still get sims randomly spawning and filling up empty houses in the neighborhood, (I'm using a custom world.) Is that supposed to happen?

Also, Pescado added the "custom clothing filter is default" to AM a while ago. I see that its in the rtfm, but the option for it isn't listed in the config tool. I've tried clearing my cookies and reseting to defaults, but the feature is still not available. Has it not been added, or is something just wrong with my browser? (I've tried using both IE and GC)

I guess I didn't realize AM was a 'consequences mod." Since the description of it makes it look like just an enabler mod. I wish there was a way to punish ppl who enable the mod in real life. Like track their IP address and ban them from MATY and Nraas Industries.

oh ok, then I guess I should save my argument for NRaas. Although I don't think it will do any good. I hope ppl don't think i'm just a whiny little prude, and it'll be just some insignificant comment that nobody cares about or pays attention to, because I'm just one dissenter and there are tons of ppl who actually want this mod. It's disgusting

Thats what I mean by supporting and enabling it. I know AM opens the doors for pedophile mods out there like the woohoo-inator (idk what others are out there). That's the part where I have a problem. I know it might sound stupid, but things like that just haunt me. I wish it didn't, but I can't help it.

I have a request and I really really really think u guys should consider it. Can you please GET RID OF THE MOTHERFUCKING PEDO FEATURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it really necessary to have in the game? Is anybody going to absolutely die without it? I'm not trying to be the 'morality police' or anything, but I take this stuff seriously. And reading all the posts about ppl requesting bug fixes for pedo interactions makes me sick. I suppose the only reason that feature is included is because of some fucked up "freedom of expression" shit. But if anybody here knew what it's like to be a victim of teenage rape, then you would understand where I'm coming from...

I'm dead serious about this. Because we all know its wrong, so why support and enable it?

I got a flagrant system error today. It's never happened to me before so I'm not totally familiar with it. I'm not sure what caused it, but I took a picture with print screen so you guys can decipher it.


I have all EPs and my game patched to 1.33. I wasn't playing with the most recent version of AM, I have the previous one. The one created on March 23rd. Should I update to the new one?

Can you add a "custom clothing filter as default" feature for CAS? The same way that you made the "custom sim filter as default" for the sim bin. I rarely use EA's fugly clothes, shoes, and accessories (especially for A/YA female sims) and I hate waiting a thousand years for all the clutter of useless crap clothes to load before I can hit the "show custom content only" button. ...But I don't want them to disappear completely with a "hide all" cheat, because sometimes I do use them, mostly for males.

Hopefully it's not too much to ask. I don't want to (theoretically) get my ass chewed off.
