This unassuming two-story home is just suburban enough to blend in to almost any neighborhood, with just the right amount of 'simulated neglect' to warn off door-to-door solicitors.

 Once passing through your pleasing and well-defended entry, your vic--er, guests, will find themselves in a lovely marbled hall designed to instill the proper level of Respect.



Your Audience Chamber is big enough to get things done, and soundproofed for your privacy and convenience, and is supported by your own personal "hobby room".





The first floor also includes the kitchens, and a lovely hallway and entertainment area.



On the second floor you have your personal bedchamber, with private bathroom and fireplace. There are also dormitories for your minions and a fully modern gymnasium so the grunts can keep in tip-top shape!




Fully furnished our 'starter lair' prices in at about $90,000 (wanded), which is much cheaper and more comfortable than attempting to dynamite out a cavern system! It sits on a 30x30 lot, with some room for expansion.

Hello, today I have a dive bar for you.

Features darts and billiards and a well-stocked bar, and a seating area/beer garden outside with a fire pit. Because nothing goes together better than alcohol and an open flame. There is a stage for your band sims, but no dance floor, accurately representing that first gig at the shitty bar where nobody pays any attention to you.

Comes in two versions. The Standard requires only Late Nite and Superstar (why were there no pool tables in late nite, I do not understand). Download Here

Premium Layout

The bottom two photos are reference photos for the game and location that the lot is based on. Interior and exterior. The Dreamfall Fringe is located in what's essentially a slum.

I am building a custom world and this is one of my clubs.

Based on the cocktail lounge in the adventure game: Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, this location's shabby exterior hides a lavish interior with dark wood parquet floor, 'Asian Fusion' flair, and a wall-length exotic fish tank. The Fringe features a sunken bar and live music, and plenty of seating. There is a velvet rope outside, but the permissions are unset for your customization.

Requires Late Night, World Adventures, and Supernatural (I think) Superstar. One painting is from Uni. No CC or store stuff. I lied, there is one table lamp that is from the 'Explorer's Loot' store collection.

Color Scheme: (I was trying for "Elegant, Urban purple living room" but I thought the purple looked more like a steel blue/dark grey. Whoops.)

Modular house made out of a crate, with enclosed sunroom upstairs set up as a dining room. Sleep chambers downstairs, and modular stairs because spirals are a routing pain.
I'm bad at decorating and don't use any store stuff, and I got bored with CASting halfway through and went nuts with patterns. Sorry.
