decrapify.exe is actually just a drag-and-drop wrapper executable for s3rc's decrapifier function (for people who have no idea how to use a command line and/or just for convenience). s3rc is the actual tool that gets updated, hence my statement. I assure you I am not confused. See for yourself: Invoke with "s3rc -fD" (fixonly, decrapify) OR "decrapify" (drag/drop FOR TARDS).
...
s3rc is the executable that does the lifting, but you don't have to invoke the new options.

May I ask for a clarification about the Cabinet/Sectional/Island fix?
Does decrapifying with a more recent s3rc fix the issue where if you use a custom color on a sectional, then use the eyedrop tool to copy and attach it (even in the same direction), causes the attached sectional to lose its custom color? The fix description only mentions corners and being unable to use CAS at all (which I can do), so I thought I would inquire.
I am asking because I can sometimes get the cabinet and not the corresponding cabinet island to behave properly if I undergo that procedure, or other such oddness where you would think if one object in the sims3pack would work, the other would too.

I managed to restore the missing strings for the counters and cabinets except for:
Ultra Lounge Bayside Future Shock
You deleted the duplicated strings for those sets as well from the Store Part 3 Package, correct? I forgot to mention an important detail. What happens is that, for some arcane reason, sometimes the game draws the strings from the dbc and sometimes it draws them from the package file. Thus, some get fixed when you fix the package, some do not because it got them from there. The way to get them all to show up is to fix the package, clear your caches, clear your DCCache folder, and install the counter/sectional Sims3Packs again. That should make the game stop being a raging idiot. It did for me anyway, it's all fixed here.

Oh, you're not the only one with the missing strings. I just don't care. Game runs, the counters work fine. They just don't have a string in buy mode.
Yeah, it's mainly a cosmetic thing, as I later found. However, I fixed my copy of the package since I'm strange and like Sims' description text. I had no idea what was going on there for awhile. There's actually more leftover entries than just the STBLs I think, but they don't seem to do anything.

Well, as far as I know I'm the only one with the problem, so I wouldn't think it's a big deal.
These would be a lot easier to find if any of the STBL editors let me search the whole package for a string.
EDIT: Oh good, s3pe's unicode text search works. This'll be a lot easier. Just use U"Counter" in s3pe to find all counters, and so on.
Just watch out, as U"Counter" will also find a sink that mentions a counter.

All of the counters and sectionals installed just fine in my game with the launcher. I use s3rc.exe first, and then decrapify.exe, and then install the sims3packs.
Hmmm... Thank you, I seem to have located my problem. Moryrie, you may want to know that in your Sims Store Part 3 package, you have leftover STBL files from some counters that cause a conflict with the dbc with my counters, cabinets, and sectionals. If I remove these STBLs from your store package, my string problems disappear. Here's a list so far, string keys to counters. I don't know if you want to get rid of them: 0xFC656659B61A07EE - Tiki Counter 0xB2A8CED34FC4607A - Shoppe Counter 0xBD8DFDBB03198071 - CocoCounter From Nothing Atoll 0xBBE0CC1D7411291F - Shoppe Counter Island 0x93E6C900FA4CC097 - Overachieving Counter 0x56AAD9D821ABC114 - Overachieving Counter Island

@Matilda, I don't use that launcher so I have no idea.
Yeah. I'm trying to see if I can figure it out myself and if anyone's tried anything I didn't think of, or if I missed some step. Everything else installed just fine, and I'm incredibly grateful for the work put into the files, as well as the bittorrent itself- empty thank you posts are frowned upon here for good reasons, however. It's not your guys' fault that the counters are fubar'ed. Really, if worse comes to worse, I'll just install those via package. I'm used to counters being borked. A few people on the Custom Launcher 2 forum are looking into what the issue is with counters (since this effects any counter that's cloned from EA's), and how to install any counter without it automatically glitching when you attempt to do a corner. This'll make the fact that the store counters are separate from Moryrie's files very useful, in case you need to install them separately. Out of sheer curiosity, have you tried removing TikiCounters, StorybookCounters, and BaysideCounters, and then recompressing+decrapifying the rest? I can get a bunch of counters that work that way. It's only those three sets that give me any grief for some strange reason.

Are the decrapified objects showing up in game? If so, ignore what the launcher says. There's a limit to how much stuff it will remember. This is another great reason to avoid the launcher whenever humanly possible.
They show up in game if I decrapify, but the counters from Tiki set, Storybook set, and Bayside set are string-less. Go figure. The rest work. If I just run them through s3rc, some of the material does not show up at all. If I do not run them through s3rc, five of the sets fail to install in the launcher. They're missing their icon if they don't go through s3rc. They are: Gothique Library, July 2011 Compilation Set, Luxe Lounge Spa, Futureshock Kitchen, April 2011 Compilation. Could it be that I need to rigfix the dbc?

My worlds are installed fine, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some strange setup where the objects that came with the worlds were given in the store .packages, but not the actual .world files. Thought that might explain the doubling.
And no, I am using English. Er, my bad. Thurstans Coffee Table from the Gothique Library set, I invented an apostrophe. Also the Lazy Sim Coffee Table.
By the way, one other thing confused me about the instructions. I thought running decrapify.exe runs s3rc.exe -fD. Do we really need to run the sims3packs through s3rc.exe first before decrapify.exe?

Speaking of your torrent, thanks a lot for it.
I just wanted to mention that the counters and sectionals sims3packs appear to not install in the launcher properly if you follow the decrapifying instructions. The launcher seems to "forget" they are installed. Is that supposed to happen?
Several of said items also appear to be missing their descriptions, namely from the Bayside Set, the Storybook Set, and... some other set. I can't quite tell. For some reason, Thurstan's Counter and Lazy Sim's Sofa Bed are doubled in buy/build despite only being installed once.
This has sadly persisted through multiple installation attempts for which I have followed the instructions to the letter (I even tried the Mac files for posterity).
Also, in your instructions regarding the neighborhoods, did you mean to just grab the .world files from here, or the whole sims3packs?
