I don't know if Jezzer is right, but the tard's name is more likely to be within the file path before My Documents. Unless it is borrowing another's computer or account, I'd assume Brenda is its name.
Should I redact that, or does the fact that the tard already doxed itself relieve me from any liabilities?

You've been extremely helpful. FYVM
There is a reason the test version is not readily available. Multiple, even. One, it means people won't just plop it into their games and complain about "WRY DIS NO WURK?" Two, if you're using the test version then you're expected to report issues that it seems to be causing. If you're not smart enough to find where it is, then you likely wouldn't be a font of good information.

Linux is superior to both Windoze and Mac, anyway. As to the Brony avatard, there was much debate as to which picture I was to be given. To simplify things, I created an animated GIF including all the supplied pictures and even added the lovely Ugg that LaButt awarded me with. I didn't realise the OP was using the mydocs method not the install directory method.
Nothing in your post changes the fact that you were still WRONG.

Dude, you didn't recognize the difference between Windoze and mac in this one person's screenshots. Who cares if you differ. I feel like someone needs to slap an "unreliavole" label on you.
Right, because the only person to give a correct assessment of the problem is unreliable. I corrected your statement, by the way. There is no reason to have duplicate files in places where they're not doing anything. Skadi was giving unreliable information, not I.

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: How do you decrease sims 3 saving time? -solved

Ah, it seems that Twallan has yet to transfer the full information onto his wiki. Vodka puts me in a good enough mood to tell you, though. Porter has the automatic function of looking for duplicate sims (based on name and favourites), and allows you to replace them. This way, you can have many groups of people from one neighbourhood in different "packs" (with duplicates) moved one at a time. The safest method to retain all the information is probably to just pack one family and all of their relationships at a time. If Porter maintains the relationships with other sims not in a pack, it might even be simpler. Just unpack your whole town once and then a second time because it will (hopefully) recognize all the sims as being there, and connect them. But basically, Twallan's answer was redundancy.
Then again, vodka and late nights don't exactly make me think straight.

You haven't really looked that far into TS3, have you? The majority of rabbit holes are just the workplaces of the Sims. Late Night added a number of different (though not drastically) venues that a sim can go to and socialize however they want to. A Discotheque is one of those venues. And before you jump to conclusions again, there are also professions which allow you to control your sim while they work.

It's supposed to look like a .txt file.
It generally looks like this. The notepad symbol is within the blank file icon because notepad is what is used when it is opened. Upon close inspection of the OP's screenshots, there is a "T" section which is likely the "Type" heading, as next to the folder is an "F" and next to the packages are "P"s. Next to the resource.cfg is a "T", indicating it is, in fact, a txt file instead of a cfg. You need to have the resource.cfg in the root folder as well [up one level].
I beg to differ. You aren't exactly a font of wisdom. Beg all you like. MTS makes no mention of an extra resource.cfg file outside of the one in the Mods folder. I've never needed more than one of them and have not had problems with loading package files. The OP's problem is

While I don't pretend to understand Mac behaviours, it looks like your framework still thinks it is a .txt file. Just adding ".cfg" to the end of a filename isn't always enough to change the actual type of the file. You should just download one anyway, though.
That's not a Mac, that's Windoze 7! Oh, geeze. Well, I am behind in the times. I'm just so used to XP that anything "curvier" (I don't know if it's synaesthesia or what but that's how it feels to me) looks like a Mac. In that case, it definitely looks like a .txt file.

and the traits are just a couple of extra animations or underwhelming features (like evil Sims getting "take evil nap" option that looks identical to normal nap) anyway (correct me if I'm wrong.)
You should read The Sims Wiki's list of traits and see if it changes your mind. I find they are more varied than the personalities of TS2 were. Plus, with Awesomemod, you can have as many (or as few) of them as you want on a sim.

TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Game-generated household naming weirdness

Usually the filepath-name problem affects the original famblies and houses in the world itself, and, as far as I know, has something to do with the placement of the .world file. AP is installed automatically by the Pets EP, so there shouldn't be any problem there. I have used the route fixings from MTS (though I imported the resources through S3PE), and haven't come across this issue. I've never seen this problem affect generated households, though. It looks like it's not actually generating the households, though, but pulling them from somewhere (hence the filepath). Where is the .world file placed, and how did you install the routing fixes?

I don't think it's possible to have both the open neighbourhood of TS3 with the control of TS2. It is somewhat doable to cycle through a few famblies, but while you're watching one, all the others are doing their own thing in real time. Awesomemod allows more control, but does not replicate the isolation of one family at a time that TS2 has. You should try it out at least, though, and see if you can manage. If it's not good enough, don't play it.

I already did use it, and read the guide, but it still wont work, I loaded the file that contains the necklace, the file was originally a sims2pack from the exchange, that I installed using sims2pack Clean Installer, so should I edit the package before installing it or after installing it?
Looks like it's time for the lesson on punctuation. Or intelligence.

Have you made TS3W Large Address Aware? It modifies the .exe to allow it to use more than 2gb. You might need to restore it when you want to update, but it should help. Otherwise, I think I've seen Pescado mention making a virtual RAM disk and installing onto that, but I don't think you have enough RAM to do that comfortably.

No. You have missed the point completely. It is not your English that is a problem here, it is because you refuse to use your shift key or your spacebar. See what I mean? I make no claim to be a grammar expert, but I can certainly point out beginner punctuation. We give ESL (English as a Second Language) people a bit of leeway for grammar and spelling here, but we are smart enough to know that every language has punctuation. You are just being lazy and using text speak. Don't.
Chinese and Japanese have no capitalization and very rarely have spaces. You also corrected its punctuation with a comma splice. It does seem to be a bit impatient, though, considering it can't wait for a game to load without tabbing out.
