1  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Jfadeworld 2.0 - NEW! IMPROVED! ISLAND! on: 2012 September 04, 06:44:19
You, Sir, Have made my day. I've waited a long time for a world that was flat, island, and compact with all EP lots. It's just perfect and I couldn't be more happy. I... i love you

Looks to me like you've applied a no cd crack. You should have backed up the original files before appying such crack. Now you get the joy of reinstalling the whole game.

Unresolvable MAJOR Logs

anchor: [[ErrorTrap Reading Logs Major#Serious Error|Serious]]
Sims3.SimIFace.Sims3.SimIFace.StateMachineClient:Acquire (Sims3.SimIFace.ObjectGuid,string,Sims3.SimIFace.AnimationPriority,bool)
Sims3.Gameplay.Autonomy.Sims3.Gameplay.Autonomy.OverlayData:GetGenericStateMachine (Sims3.Gameplay.Actors.Sim,bool,bool,bool,bool)
Sims3.Gameplay.Actors.Sims3.Gameplay.Actors.Sim:OnStartup ()

This is the in-game result of receiving a "Serious Error has Occurred" warning prompt while starting the game.

When you receive that prompt, it is best to exit the application, wait a couple of minutes, and then attempt to restart the game.

The reasons for receiving this message are unknown, though it appears to involve an startup error in the game-engine itself, and therefore cannot be resolved via mods.

If the issue continues to occur, and does not allow you to load the game *at all*, you may need to revert to an earlier save, or possibly reinstall the game from scratch.
ModTheSims has a write up available here : http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:A_Serious_Error_Has_Occurred
-  tnwahine suggests:
Try logging out of Windows, or restarting your computer
Doing so may unlock whatever process is interfering with the proper start up of the game.
You should try loading the game as the first thing you do after logging back in.

I'd suggest reading the link to MTS. This used to happen to me all the time as well. Unlocker saved the day.
