When I put the Sims3pack into downloads, it shows up Inside the launcher with those little windows of what the stuff is< mines just a brown box where a pic of lunar lakes should've been. I "kinda" know how to troubleshoot-a little- but this ones got me going nuts. please help . then when you push install the download bar comes up, and says I need the latest software updates or something, and It can't install it... I really want to pull my hair out!

Yes, from the exchange. I don't know what's wrong. I put it in my downloads folder and when it comes to the part in the game to pick what world you want, it's not there! It's not in my Installed World folder either. I don't get it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anything you could suggest would be a big help!

I hope I'm posting where I'm supposed to, please forgive me if I'm not, anyway I'm beyond frustrated. I have all the Sims3 games< all up to date patches< downloads<etc. and I was so very, very, gifted Lunar Lakes but I can't get it install. It says to make sure I have all the proper updates and downloads, sorry can't install. I mean I tried everything! Ran it through the de-crapper, and the sims3 RC. Any ideas? I've even tried downloading new Lunar files. Any ideas? Please< anything would be so appreciated.

Hi! Well I finally got Barnacle Bay to work for me, thanks for all who had input. OK, so now my game had been crashing once in a while, and the crash log analyzer usually says its due to CC. So I worked on that and got rid of a bunch of bad CC. Then after playing for about 2 hrs or so last nite, it crashed, and the Sims 3 crash log analyzer said something I've never seen before, nor do I have a clue what it means. Can someone please help? This is what it said: 7/24/11 2:54AM/ Large Address Aware/UserVA-Increase UserVA to 3072??? I can't even find anything on the web. If anyone can help, I'd be forever in your debt. Thank you for your time. Undecided

Yes, I have tried everything. None of them will work for me. I put it in the downloads folder, I've even tried double clicking it, too install it that way. SOMETIMES the launcher will say it's installed, but then when I gp to play, it's not there.   Please help if you can!

Hi there, someone very kind gifted me Barnacle Bay and it is corrupt, according to the sims3pack cleaner. And it will not install no matter what I do, I've tried decrapifying it and also used the S3rc and it made no difference. I've tried the BBay downloads from this site and all over the internet and the same thing happens. Sometimes the installer will say it's installed, but once I get in-game its not there. Then when I restart, it's not installed again. Can anyone please help me?  Can someone please gift me a non-corrupt copy?  And if not, can someone plz tell me how I can fix it? Thank you so much. I've been pulling my hair out and I've been up til 3 am in the morning night after night trying to fix this. Thank you for your time.
