I thought according to KT's main page that you didn't have to update the ccmerged anymore unless you were using package files? Or are you saying this will have to be a package file, so update ccmerged?
2  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2014 February 05, 22:18:38
I'm re-installing all the store content after getting the "missing objects...replaced" spiel.

I'm thinking I installed too many sims3packs--how many sims3packs maximum should I install on the launcher at once to ensure everything is properly installed?

Also, I came across two issues I've never had before:

1. Pineapple Pottery from Sun, Surf, & Sand keeps saying "Failed" in the launcher, but not the update phrase, just failed. I have Sun Surf & Sand installed though? Was this a duplicate?
2. Mother Brassbeard's Birdbath from Bucaneer Bounty refuses to install--says about not being updated properly--though Bucaneer's Bounty itself is installed fine? Is this similar to the first in that it's a duplicate?

To clarify, I downloaded all of the store updates from rachelstoolbox over at KickAssTorrents, everything from 2009 to December 2013. I'm thinking maybe these were standalone files from the sets for some reason?
3  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Worlds that use all/most store content? on: 2014 February 05, 18:55:29
I was wondering if anyone knows of worlds--or a world--that uses most, if not all store content? Implementing store worlds would be nice, too.

I know that many creators shy away from store stuff since not everyone has it, but surely there are some creators out there that don't give a damn?
4  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Is it possible to decrapify Collection files? on: 2014 February 05, 14:43:33
Okay, should I use the compresserizor and select .packages, or all files, would you think?

Or would I do the drop over decrapify and then s3rc?
5  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 11.02.2013) on: 2014 February 05, 14:34:55
Oh, it's that easy? Oops. For some reason I didn't think they could be. Off to decrapify, then.

Could use some insight on these fountain fixes that were posted over on Simlogical: http://www.den.simlogical.com/denforum/index.php?topic=3026.msg15379#msg15379

These are all of the store fountains that were "supposed" to work from the get go, apparently.

Here's the issue: I placed the fixes in the packages folder, but not all of the fountains work, and I'm not sure if it's because I'm using decrapped content, or the files themselves.

When installed, you'll see the original fountains and the fixed versions right next to it--mine had a folder icon rather than the store bag.

The Sphinx, Kraken, Moroccan, King & Queen Hot Tub, and Le Cirque Hot Tub did not work--when clicking the icon it was invisible, but when I pressed live mode you'd see the water sprouting out. I know the page mentioned that the modder didn't think the Kraken was originally meant to have water, so who knows. The others worked fine despite also being decrapped. Huh

To KT or others who've done fixes--any ideas on what's going on or how to fix?
7  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Is it possible to decrapify Collection files? on: 2014 February 04, 17:50:18
I noticed that the collections topic on this site hasn't been updated quite a while, so I was looking around.

I found The Simalogue's collection files, which are pretty up to date, but I believe they're for "legal" store items.

Is there anyway to decrapify or change the collection files so they work?

I admit, other then knowing how to decrapify store items/worlds/saves etc I'm clueless.

Unless I am blind or searching wrong--which could be true--I cannot find a working Unicorn Arcade Machine? The two file options listed have been removed.
9  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: List of bonus and misc store items? on: 2014 February 03, 17:28:41
Okay, good to know.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: List of bonus and misc store items? on: 2014 February 03, 16:30:04
Ah, I know that this site is not big on anything too cute and so forth, but I thought saying thanks in advance was okay considering no one here is obligated to answer anything.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / List of bonus and misc store items? on: 2014 February 03, 15:27:08
Hi,

I was wondering if there is an official list somewhere of every bonus and miscellaneous store item for TS3, or is it just sprinkled throughout the download pages?

Bonus and miscellaneous such as items you get with certain simpoint bundles, promotional items, origin exclusives and etc.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Will try again then, thanks.

Only has 3 minutes this time. Must have been the weather yesterday.

I have a quick question about MistyK's Roaring Heights Gold download:

Is anyone else having it say it will take 1 hour for 288MB? Any other file I've downloaded so far today has downloaded pretty quickly, whether it be from 4shared or mediafire.

I've tried to cancel and re-download a few times, and it still says 1 hour left.

Unless my internet connection is suddenly crappy (it's raining on and off here), I'm not sure why?

I also tried the other version available on Mega, but once it reaches the black circle with the white dot it doesn't seem to want to go any further.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

I take it there hasn't been an updated one, then?
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Collections on: 2013 June 27, 03:14:43
Does anyone have an updated 2013 edition, possibly with the most recent store items included?

Unless I have missed a collection post somewhere, it seems to only have been updated to 2012.
16  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 06.25.2013) on: 2013 June 25, 18:59:35
Just want to clarify:

I remove the unawesome package from my folder and replace it with the XML one.

Since you can't fix the outfit right now, I use the fix provided by notouching?
17  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 04.19.2013) on: 2013 May 23, 14:09:40
Also, have a quick question for you, kissing_toast:

Whenever I am either at EA's University or a custom one using Pendragaon's rugs, I have no class schedule--it's completely blank.

It was mentioned that Twallan's traveler mod and one (or more?) of your store fixes was causing the conflict, particularly "unawesome."

Do you happen to know if this is true?

Trying to figure out what the source could be before tearing my mods folder apart/removing it.
18  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 04.19.2013) on: 2013 May 22, 17:28:31
Are you able to replicate the same issues with the poker table, or am I the only one that you know of?

Like I said, roulette is perfectly fine, just the poker table with the issues I mentioned above.

It works for me, but my sim is the only sim in the world so once he set his chips down he just sat there waving/calling for someone to join him. I guess Poker is not single player.

That's what I'm guessing, too. I only have one sim in my household, but I will go to the casino and try once there are more people. Since the poster above said it was working fine I'm sure it's just not single player.

Loading the game up the game right now--will let you know.

Roulette worked perfectly fine, and the "practice poker face" worked fine. For me, however, the actual playing of poker I think was borked; she would sit down and take out the chips, but she kept calling for someone to come over instead of playing and the robot didn't move. The buy-ins except for 10,000 were also faded.
21  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: KT's Store Fixes (updated 04.19.2013) on: 2013 May 15, 23:22:13
I'm not sure what everyone else is experiencing, but for both tables my Sim sits down and immediately "bounces" off it (though it has no issue taking her cash).

For the poker table, I also tried the"practice poker." She sat down fine enough, but when practicing two merged white boxes formed around her head--you could hear the sounds properly though.

Part of Thursday's new set has been revealed:

A chicken coop

Meet Charles, The Evil Chicken

I personally think that it looks intriguing, and the chicks are too adorable.

I have good news and bad news. The good news is that when I followed Option 3 I was able to retrieve the world file and it appears/loads in game.
The bad news is that even though it is the gold edition (saw the items in launcher when doing Option 3), the lot that comes with Aurora Skies does not have the PC toddler items.
Why would that be? It seems odd that the game would have the lot and the balloon but not the PC items. Huh

EDIT: I was able to properly get the items by creating a brand new Sims 3 folder (with the site's fixes installed) and deleting the old one. I made Aurora Skies the first store download so that I could see the items in the launcher. Picked a household in the world and checked for the PC--was where it should be. Either something in my old folder got corrupt/buggy, or there were too many sets installed already; I'm not sure which since I'm not launcher savvy.
24  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2013 March 23, 07:46:33
Has anyone else had any problems installing Aurora Skies?

For whatever reason, the world claims itself as an "object" in the launcher no matter how many times I re-download/re-install.

The world does not appear in the drop down box nor in the Installed Worlds folder, however the Tiny Prodigies Early Learning Center appears in the lots section of the launcher and the hot air balloon is in my game.

Any idea what the deal is? Undecided

I had this issue once before, but it was due to a faulty download.

I figured it out and everything has run smoothly since. The information you provided I saved in case something happens that does need those steps.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to my ignorance (and possible idiocy) on such matters.
