Anyways Community Party is a mod that would allow Sims to throw parties at community lot. Great if you build a chapel and want to have your weadding there! 
There is a mof about it already, but it conflicts with Pets.
Where can I get in touch with Squinge? Was he the one who created it?

can you guys make a Pets version of the community party? I really loved this mod. But I guess with Seasons comming in less than a month I should be asking for it to be Seasons compatible too!

Thanx for making this hack. It really bothers me that townies live forever!
One thing though, can you put it under the adjust menu? It would be much better just in case someone miss clicks and makes a Sim age without wanting it.

Summoning the burglar won't do it for me. I just want they to come more often so the game is more challenging. And also be able to fight them!

Freezing my garden won't do it for me. I wanted just more hires not the easy way around. Can someone do it 4 me?

That's a nice one. Bu  I really just wnated something more simple. Just be bale to hire the way you do in the regular game only more then one.

Oh I havent seen him for a loooooooooooong time. Never saw that happening. Can someone make him come more often? And the other things I mentioned too?

Even though I have the dayly gardner intalled, he/she still can't keep up with the work on some of the bigger houses in my lot. Can someone make a mod so you can hire multiple gardeners and maids?

I think the burglar is just LAME!  If you have a allarm system it's just a way for you to get free money. I think it should be more challenging. Can someone make a mod to so we can have more interactions with him/her?

+ You will be able to attack the burglar and if you win, he runs away or the police comes and get him.

+ If the police arrives in your lot he/she has to fight the burlgar in order to get him/her arrested. So if the police wins the fight the
burglar is arrested, if not the burglar gets away.

+ You only get a reward if you actually helped in any way for the burglar to be arrested

+ All the fight should be compatible with the fightclub mod

+ If your needs are low and you loose the fight you could DIE! 

+ The burglar is attracted to houses with more expensive things. (make the burglar come more often too, I almost don't see him anymore)

SO what do you guys think? It would be great and add much more challenge to the game. Can someone do it? PLEASE!

Oh boy, all this SUX! Too bad I already ordered my copy. Come on do a glamour pack and do no add a grand piano and a buttler!!! SUX!!!! NO to mention all these bugs! I hope they'll fix it.

Is there any new Piano. And a buttler?
