Ok thank you for the advice. Before unistalling the game i backed up all of my files. Is there anyway that i can get all of the saved data in the file back in the game?

I still can not fix the problem   . So i have decided to just uninstall everything then reinstall it.  If i move my downloads folder to my desktop before uninstalling i will still have everything in it, right?

OK. So this is what i've done: i backed up all of my sims files, i unistalled Seasons, and now i'm reinstalling it. I have no idea what I should do when it's finsihed installing. So, help?

I am reinstalling seasons right now. do i have to move the folder to my desktop though? I have everything backed up already

Hey everyone. I just installed the Sims 2 H and M stuff pack. When i started up the game it started to load but then crashed. I checked my mods and stuff and I think they are all up to date.  I'm not sure if this information will help any but:When I installed it it checked for updates and ones where found for seasons and pets; and now it says i have to use the pets disc. Any help will be greatly appriciated. As for now, i'll play around a little with it and see what I can do. Thanks a bunch!

i just installed the new stuff pack Celebrations. while it checked for updates it found some new updates for the sims 2 pets. when i started the game, it got to the loading screen, loaded up until it had a little way to go, and crashed! i am not sure what the problem is and was wondering if anyone has the same thing and knows how to fix it.

           PS- i don't know if this is important but i have all the expansion packs. Also, instead of putting in the celebrations disc, i have to put in the Pets disc in order for it to load.

oh ok thanks i've seen Mrs.Crumplebottom. she hits people with her ppurse for no reason i think it's kind of funny

             i've never met or seen Mr.Big or the Diva. Where can i find them or is there a way i can get them to show up?
                 

this happened to me too. but not only did the sims not go to class,the work symbols didn't show up,and their memeries showed up as bllank green or red squares in uni And in all the regular neighborhoods. but it was fixed after i installed OFB. to this day i don't understand why

i have the sims 2 for playstation and even if you die, you canplay as the ghost-you. ...until you pay the grim reaper to make you alive again. But you can only scare people you can't like talk to them

Ellatrue: ISN'T it amusing to have them adopt a ton of kids! i was hysterical watching them trying to take care of all of them! i think like 2 had to go with the social worker though but then i just adopted two more lol!
