I love Bruno's makeup. It's all I use for lips and eyes these days.

They have a theory over there that you can install your game too many times. Once your disc has reched it's limit it won't install anymore.  Cheesy

Anyone know if Theo's tool works for the current version of SimPE? I hate binning hairs manually...

I totally agree, creators need to start doing it themselves. Especially paysite owners.

It works, but it doesn't disable the old file like it used to.
Even if creators binned their hairs, I'd still need to re-do it.

I'm very anal about having my hair binned. I'll take every download and re-bin it, because there's always at least one hair that is wrong. I also need to have each hair familed (it's a word!) and I won't download it if there's no grey unless I know where I can get one.

If you had asked this question at the BBS, you'd have been told you've installed to many times!  Cheesy

7  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Second Seasons Patch is out.... on: 2007 June 12, 05:45:18
Who is willing to bet that EA stole. I mean borrowed Pescado's code to fix the problems that Seasons shipped with?

Seriously, it took them 2 months from the 'expected' release to actually ship this. Ironically, it takes them too long to release a patch, but every expansion and stuff pack ships on time...

Seems they don't give a crap about the community and will just release all the crap for the game without fixing their previous issues. But good thing we have pescado here to fix them.

On a side note, what awesome hacks are not needed anymore due to this second patch, or were they removed in the new director's cut?

One would think that the newly updated DC would have taken out the fixes...

You're right about the "Gather compostable materials" Laura, 'cause it the way I do it.

10  TS2: Burnination / Oops! You Broke It! / Re: H&M Stuff Bug Reports on: 2007 June 08, 00:33:34
A lot of BBSers are saying that if you patch seasons before installing H&M it won't crash when installing the patch. Others are saying the uninstalling seasons, then installing H&M then seasons will make it work...

Pillow fights are boring. Seriously, once you go fish you'll never go back.

Ste long winded? Never!
This would help a lot of newbies that don't want to bork things, but you try telling people who have been playing since the game came out that the things they've been doing are bad. I got into a domestic on the BBS when trying to tell someone that deleting from the simbin is bad.  Roll Eyes

I thought they only changed into outerwear if it was cold.

There can be a blizzard going on and if my Sims go outdoors through the garage, they never change into outerwear.

I think that's the same with archways, they kind of only recognise doors when it comes to outerwear.

The only thing I've heard like this is the teen in the Ottomas family having to repeat the first semster...

18  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Glass Ceiling Hack? on: 2007 May 24, 06:07:59
I've had a few sims that I want to stay at certain levels, so the idea(s) in this thread sound good to me. I just hope it's possible...

20  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: trouble with binning hair still on: 2007 May 24, 00:25:38
Peggy does have some odd choices when she colour bins. The only reason I family my hairs, is so they go grey right. Some of my elder sims look good with their grey young people hair, and it saves a trip to the mirror.
21  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: Problems with boolprop testingcheatsenabled true on: 2007 May 24, 00:11:22
Nope, merely figured it was easier that way. Don't want to be clogginhg the boards with useless crap now do I? Plus there was hugs and fluffies in it and I know how much people here hate that.

24  TS2: Burnination / The Podium / Re: trouble with binning hair still on: 2007 May 23, 05:05:44
Since the new SimPE fiddled with the binning tool I'm binning my hair colours individually and I prefer it that way. It makes it easier for the anal side of me to put those ash browns in the blonde, and fix most of peggy's colour binnings. Copying and pasting the GUID has the repetitiveness that calms a racing mind.  Smiley So I'm happy it's broke.

*shrugs* I don't think it's us, I think it's the OP's post.  Kiss All is well.
