Be advised that for those who just suffer from a total lack of patience and pacing, that, like all previous years, titles and other rewards will not actually be processed until the bill is sent in and confirmed. Due to past difficulties in processing, we don't count the chickens until they hatch. Because, you know, this was supposed to run for 3 months. Not 3 days. So, we are going to nag you about SETTING A TARD-FREE ZONE SEPARATED FROM RETARDOLAND for three months? This could be fun.

WHY don't you first at least TRY to do a search? There's a wonderful and useful field up there, right under your avatar. Newsflash: searching for the title of that popup window will give you EVERY FUCKING INFORMATION YOU NEED ABOUT.
DO IT.

A CV to post to a game site? I think I just lost control of my bladder at that one. What are the prerequisites, graduate degree OK?
No. Too many idiots have one or more degrees. The problem is to discern fucking idiots from tolerable people, but hey, that's an everyday problem anywhere.

It works! With the game fully patched, up to 1.4 it works and has no graphical glitches; if any of you still has, it's probably because it's not patched. BTW beware, as the game patched from 1.3 onwards on Mac will be a PITA in terms of playability. When I tried this, it wouldn't start at all, ha.
Check that you wrote correctly the path; if you have it correct, it will start, no matter what.

I did the same, but I found out that launching the game in this way will lead to horrible graphic glitches at load. It doesn't make much sense and I have no idea why; it started after the 1.3 patch, though.
Did you notice anything similar, or it was only my game for some odd reason?

You're not a real dead Dark Trepie unless you have your own tombfield. _____________________________________________________________ Repairing stereos seems really painful. Ugh, the leg. _____________________________________________________________ The view from neighbors' windows can be really creepy. Anyone else remembers Coma, the movie? _____________________________________________________________ So I saw the option "Join the protest", and I thought it would be fun. Yeah, right; join the protest, meet people, discuss. The saddest protest ever.

My Resource.cfg is in the correct location.
(...)
AM will work outside these folders and just in the Packages.
What's the content of your Resource.cfg? It's weird that, if it contains a path for subfolders, AM doesn't work. ETA: If the Resource.cfg is in the correct place, that is cool and everything, but it's really important to know what is its content: moving things around at random does nothing if you don't know what's written in your Resource.cfg.

By the way, a search on the only word "expire" would give you more than enough informations about the issue you felt the need to make a new thread about.
I would not be suprised AT ALL if you also were ready to report bugs about old versions as well, and in new threads too, as well.
Hint?

Protip: if you buy the Attractive perk (15,000 points, IIRC) you'll make friends with any acquaitance in seconds: it gives you a really huge bump in relationship points right at the first meet. Thanks to that perk I had a sim gain his lifetime wish (20 friends) as soon as he transitioned to teen.

I put in game MATYsims when this feature was already in place, so I think there's something wrong (or maybe I did something wrong, dunno).
Fortunately, you only were asleep, not dead, in the end. You survived long enough to marry (thanks to Indie storymode randomness) Molly Whatshername, one of the two single moms in Sunset Valley. No idea why, the information popped up all of a sudden while I was playing another lot. When I returned to you, you were already father of a girl.

Whoa, I downloaded my version only a few hours before; you're correct, the latest download has the "meet coworkers" again.
There's something still wrong, though; now if they already have met all their colleagues, if I select that option it now resets (with the "xxx already has met all the coworkers" message) only in the end of the daily task, and not immediatly, like it should. Also, no option to socialize with coworkers appears: it works only in the Music career.

It's a schtick trait for Lorelei. Lorelei will automatically receive it in-game.
There's something weird; my Lorelei seems fine, while BastDawn has just "bored to death" poor jolrei. Is that it?
