Put the package in your overrides and dcbackup folder. You will find some missing fixes in this thread.

I never decrap the venues, because of the same problem. Try to make a .package file of the separate lot.
World: Use CompressorizerRedux.exe (check decrapify) and then install it with the launcher. That method should help.

EA fixed some issues with the pet shop (offical German forum). There is a new version available.

I do not know if this is true.
