It actually uses the term "legal?" I've never.....you're right, someone somewhere is fucking with you right now.
2  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2011 January 09, 01:41:29
The first two are from the pre-order bundle, the third is unknown, the fourth is a double.

I've never gotten it to work by replacing the cracked with the originals, so you have to reinstall.
4  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: New Patch 1.18/2.13/3.9/4.6/5.4/6.1 on: 2011 January 08, 21:53:41
New member here, I'm sorry for any noob behaviour.

I tried installing the new patch from the launcher, as it have worked before. (No, I don't have a legal copy. I know that it was probably a bad idea.)
Anyway, it installs normally but when close to 100%, it says "Invalid file found" and then it shuts down. Instead, the darn program started to install one of the old patches, and I mean REALLY old patches. I thought I already had them all, but the installation worked fine. So far, so good? Tried to install the 6.1 patch again, and still got the same problem though. I have googled the problem and someone said that it might work if I remove the crack and put the original TS3EP03.exe back, and so I did. The problem didn't go away, so now I ask you.

Pwease help me solve this problem, before I commit seppuku?

(Oh, and I also tried downloading the patch linked in OP's post, problem didn't go away..)

Don't use a cracked .exe, you can't patch your game if you use those. I've read putting the originals back when patching works but it never has for me. Use awesomemod or Nraas no cd mod. Cracked .exes are evil, at least for Sims 3, the Sims 2 ones still allowed you to update.

Which has been obsolete for how long now?

Tard, will you just shut the fuck up already?!?!? For fucks sack just do it like everyone else here is doing it. Decrap or packages, pick one and shut your trap.
9  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2011 January 04, 02:53:37
It's really not that hard. Just extract the packages from a clean world. Open Moryiie's package in S3PE, add the world packages to see which are duplicates, then delete them and save. Simple. Then of course install the decrapped world al a sim3pack.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Patching Error 1.12/2.7 but not 3.3 on: 2011 January 02, 15:30:10
The launcher doesn't break them. They don't install because YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR THEM. I decrap store stuff and have never had to decrap my save files. I believe that's only if you switch from one method to decrapping, since you may have store items used in your game already. making a few large package files is pretty much the same thing as making dbc files, so it really doesn't matter. And I do believe, once again, the decrap process just changes the item instance number so that the launcher just "reads" it as a normal sim pack instead of store content.

...I don't know all those technical terms like numbers and such....

Are you fucking serious? Turn the computer off and walk away, I'd say run but you might hurt yourself.

I didn't realize anyone would take that comment seriously.  My apologies.

Well you are asking about how to install framework, asking how numbers work isn't that far off.

...I heard you don't need to install the framework anymore...

Part right, part wrong, you didn't expect Eaxis to make it that easy now, did you?
14  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: New Patch 1.18/2.13/3.9/4.6/5.4/6.1 on: 2010 December 30, 16:19:35
Just uninstall and reinstall the game, it takes what ten minutes? If even that.

The Ambitions patch/update has been out long enough, there's no reason anyone should still have the d3dx9_31.dll in their framework.
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: Pudding Factory is for downloads: put your lame requests & WCIFs here on: 2010 December 26, 20:18:05
There's an always wah dishes at MTS, you can probably easily modify that one.

And what do I do if there isn't a no-CD crack? I've been looking around for one online for days and haven't found one.

You're doing it wrong then. I'm going to assume your actually looking for a "Fun With Pets" no CD crack. Think about that for a minute and try again.
17  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Good versions but AM doesn't working on: 2010 December 24, 20:38:39
What I have to do? I'm sitting and trying to reapir this for three hours.

If only you spent a fraction of that time proofreading.
18  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2010 December 22, 04:28:15
After fulfilling wishes, my time frame gets all messed; it annoys me. E.g., excited for 120 min. when its suppose to be 2hr. Is there something to fix that?

You do realize 120 minutes is 2 hours, don't you?

I do not have access to originals for any version that is  0090"02"

Well then you need to get downloading, or just bite the bullet and buy the game already.
20  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Sims3_1.18.9.009002_from_1.17.60.009002 on: 2010 December 18, 06:19:56
Uninstall then reinstall, that is of course if you kept the .iso file or the disc, chances are you didn't since you need to ask for original files. Why are you still using cracked .exes? I believe I read somewhere that the last modified date on your "new" files needs to match your own.

Is that how those works? I thought they didn't do anything.
24  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2010 December 15, 20:30:23
Okay, as far as I understand, with AM SP active the game will not spawn vampires. Correct?
If so, how do I go about creating a vampire? I would like a few in my worlds but don't know how to create them if none exist to begin with. Is there a command I need to use or must I load Bridgeport and befriend/export one from there?

Not sure how you would go about it using AM but there is a mod at MTS that lets you change your sim to any of the in game "monsters."
25  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Things NEVER done on Sims 3? on: 2010 December 15, 19:14:29
Yea I know, I just don't like the extra pie menus Twallan's mods add. It is better than nothing I suppose, since he does update rather quickly.

Yeah, the pie menus are the only real downside for me. All of his mods seem to do it, so once you get more than one in there, it starts getting pretty cluttered.

Well I just found out the maker of the"Extended Game Core" over at MTS is giving up on up keeping that mod so it looks like I'll be going on over to Nraas.
