It is a complete archive of all of the store files to date. Think the only thing I am missing is a couple of the branded content packs.

I've searched in the Sims Store forum and checked Rainbow Brite's 4shared accounts for the Oktoberfest Celebration and Loud, Fast, Clash sets.  I've noticed that that thread hasn't been updated since July, so is it going to stay that way from now on?
