I love the new community lots, but I can't stand their automatic placements!

When you start a new game in Sunset Valley it automatically adds a fire station, a store, a salon and a junkyard. It would be even better if the lots were placed facing the right way! It's so annoying having to move them around and edit the floor tiles!

Also, why is there no pre-made laundromat?

I get the annoying EA warning at startup and so far have had three CTDs, all of which were unpausing the game after I left build or buy mode to return to live mode.

I'm using the Mods folder in /Documents/EA/Sims 3 with framework properly installed, not sure if that could be a reason or not?
