TS4: The Pee-ening / Insert Amusing Name Here / Re: Sims 4 is out what's the scoop?

Haven't played that much yet but it basically feels like Sims 2.5. As I already whined before, gone is the color wheel and so is the open world. There are some improvements and I think the sims themselves look better than they did in TS3. I do like to play it but I feel the novelty is starting to wear off already.
Totally this. I've had the game a week and I'm already kind of "meh" about playing. I was so happy that my sims wouldn't look like puddings that I think I jumped the gun on if the game was actually worth having.

Is there some way to get part of a family to move out of a household? I have 4 sims, two who are married and just had a baby. Obviously it is logical that they would want to move out and start their own household but when I try to move them out, the whole family is set to move. I've had several jumpbugs but nothing I can't live with. Hate the tutorials. HATE, HATE, HATE the men's hairstyles. Srsly, it just looks like a lump of dough set up there on their heads. This was the best they could do? And of course the men get screwed again with lack of clothing options. My neighborhoods are all populated with the fat and the elderly. I didn't know TS4 would be set up in God's Waiting Room. I miss the Strangetown/aliens aspect of the game. Normal careers would be nice. No dishwashers? what?? omg, quit push upping, sit upping every.freaking.where. On the plus side, fast loading times.

I'm looking for the default alien eyes that were once on Laverwinkle; the site is now defunct so I wondered if anyone might have them in a file somewhere?
I have some dylan_tk eyes from laverwinkle: Dylan TK_DefaultEyes-R and DTKBasicEyes. Would either of those be what you are looking for? ETA: I think I found it. Yes! Those are the alien eyes I was looking for. Thank you!

My daughter is experiencing some glitch where her sim went back to University, has been there a week and no classes have started. Anyone else have this happen?
Did she add anything new to the game? When I had this problem (classes never started) it was a mod causing it. I've added some clothes, hair and various custom content but the only mod I have is Awesome Mod.

So I did a boneheaded thing and downloaded the patch through the launcher. Now every time I start the game it loads until I'm suppose to pick which hood I'm going to play at which point it says there's no disc. I unmounted the game, uninstalled and then reinstalled but that didn't work either. How do I fix this?
Have you checked what the desktop shortcut is pointing to, may be pointing to something other than the TS3W.exe file. You were exactly right and I feel more silly than before. However now I am having insanely long loading times of 30-45 minutes to load a simple single story, 2 bedroom lot inhabited by 2 sims. I am ARRRGGGHHH with frustration.

Ahh, okay; I had no idea, I'd never seen it before. Any suggestions about the BFBVFS? Can I move families into another hood, is Jfadeworld doomed or any other ideas?

Okay so I went into Jfadeworld and when it booted I got this: I have a flashing green number up in the left corner. It flashes 0, 8, 16, 24, 25 over and over again. WTF?

I've been playing Jfadeworld for a few weeks without any problems. Suddenly tonight I received the "Flagrant Error-BFBVFS" warning.
Of course the error codes mean nothing to me, so I'm pasting them here.

Any idea what this wall o' text means and what do I do now?

I'm just wondering why we're all so worried. Peadophilla and Beastiality are a case of people trying to have sex with beings that cannot be said to give concent. If two concenting adults want to dress up in furry costumes, hit each other with dead fish, stand on their heads and fart the national anthem or lie in a bed and only do it missionary style what business of our is it?
And that goes both ways - I don't need it declared to me by strangers or declaimed against either.
I think what Madame Mim is saying, is that she too likes to participate in bestial behavior. Clearly that's what she was saying.

The again, I'm apparently blind and unknowing. Since you're so much wiser than the rest of us, maybe you'd care to enlighten us ignorant slobs as to what the theme of this thread should be?
I have not played the game myself, so I cannot be the leader. Let someone else cast the first stone.

If you want them to go jogging (one of the truly boring things they could do, from the point of view of the player/god) make them macro/hobbinate/fitness for a bit. Once they gain interest in fitness, you will be notified that they can now do this wonderfully dull thing. Wonderfully dull, energy draining thing. I let Nina Martin do it every morning as she always has the want and that way she needs a nap around the time her best friend's teen son gets home, so I get a few good hours of not being squicked out by her attempts to get it on with him. That sounds so wonderfully "The Real Housewives of Orange County".

At least if they go on a hike, you have the chance that they will be chased by bees upon return home. No such luck with jogging. I have decided to try putting together a huge jogging party - as many sims as the game will allow on my lot (should be about 15). 15 sims in the red and with heatstroke might be fun.
I fear for my self-sim.

She is most likely a stupid person. I mean, she works at Walmart. Anything with a "Sims" label probably looks the same to her.
FWIW, Walmart's website has the release date set as June 2, just like Amazon; I seriously doubt they have a stockpile of the game sitting in their backrooms.

Once they gain interest in fitness, you will be notified that they can now do this wonderfully dull thing. Yes! And they will go jogging and return home later with at least half motives in the red and an heathstroke, but you'll be informed that they MET THE POSTMAN (resulting relationship: 5/5). How awesome is this? Meh, maybe I don't want it fixed. I dunno, despite the excellent suggestions it still doesn't show up. Oh well.
