I don't have any problems with the MV & Aurora Skies Walls showing up in my game, but I am still using my MV fix which I shared (ans I made a fix for AS and sent it to KT). KT had incorporated mv fixes into his, but if I understand what is going on this thread (haven't been following too closely lately as I've been busy with non-Sims stuff), he removed it because somebody said their walls weren't showing? In any case, here are my fixes. If they work for you, please post (they work fine for me): MV_WallsFloors_Fixes - Fixes for Monte Vista AS_WallsFixed - Fixes for Aurora Skies Thanks for these

Sorry KT but was wondering if the fix also fixes it so as we are able to see the wallpaper patterns (The ones that come with the Tiny Prodigies Early Learning Center) in build mode, as they dont appear in the library and we are unable to recolour them? I'll look into it. Someone said that the Monte Vista roof pattern doesn't show up as well. I've updated all the fixes KT and still the wall patterns and Monte Vista roof are missing. Wasn't sure if you were aware of this.

I'm actually looking for two things.
Firstly, a mod that allows me to buy my sims' books in the bookshop. It'd make the whole 'bestseller' thing a lot more believable if I could actually buy them. I don't actually know if this exists or is possible, and I suspect probably not, but there's no harm in trying.
Second thing is a nice, small sized neighbourhood. My computer finds it too difficult to run the larger 'hoods without incredible amounts of lag, but the small ones work fairly well. I just have terrible luck finding them, and most are pretty bad. I have one called Liberty Bay that I really like, but it's really boring playing in the same one every new game. I've tried to make my own, but that's not where my talents lie.
Much appreciated.
I think one of Twallans mods allows you to buy your sims books at the bookstore.

hey guys, sorry if this question annoys/pisses people off, but i really have tried searching for a solution/trying what i found...
returning to sims3 after not playing for several years. right now i have the originals and ambitions installed, and just installed awesomemod, of course. trying to dl the store content here, started with barnacle bay as a test. keep getting install fail, unofficial/outdated mod error. i downloaded the decrapify and s3rc .exes from here, put them in their own new folder, along wth the barnacle bay sims 3 pack download. i then dragged the BB download over decrapifier alone, over both in both orders, and over s3rc alone in various attempts (with a fresh copy of the download in each attempt) before opening the ea launcher and still getting that same error message. looked over several sets of directions/tutorials about decrapifying and really not sure what i'm doing wrong :/ the Dephi tool doesn't seem relevant here since its a neighborhood and a single download?
Have you tried to do it this way? http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,18408.msg535029/topicseen.html#msg535029

Does not work as in how? I have it in my game thanks to icantbebothered and had no trouble getting it to install, but the damn thing doesn't work as in, no sims can interact with it. I have tried to get my pre-existing family to cast spells but they bounce away from it. So I put the whole library into a new town and made a new family thinking it may help and the same thing happens. I have searched and found a couple of people having the same problem but there doesn't seem to be a solution anywhere.
