Who could have predicted igotappi would have spelled it correctly? Divalicious? a made up word? ... at least my spell corrector says its wrong, maybe my corrector is wrong ... Igotappi is a wild card of mystery and intrigue who has boggled many a mind, not just the feeble ones like Lissy. Oh never mind its buried under the whole decrapiffy , I knew it was there and I dont blame people from being unable to find it but hey, that is me ... I dont hold a grudge towards people that come crashing down on the super secret fantastic club that is this forum. Speaking of talent, Dark Ron has already dazzled us with his retarded weeabootry Like I give a fuck about what some people think of my hobbies, if I did then I would keep my mouth shut ... and off-putting misogyny, ... you white knight, assuming you are male by the look of your user name. Let me put this as friendly as possible, go drown in a public toilet but it's the noob enabling that really establishes him as a triple threat. Every time a Senator makes a post, the more I think its a title bestowed to signal "the following post have no merit whatsoever" did I spelled whatsoever right? my spell correcter says its right but I no Senator to know of such things as, after all, harassing people and complain about spelling (that makes them s-m-r-t) seem to be the only things Senators do.

But a bulletin board *IS* a message board. That is how the originals functioned: People logged in, and they stuck up messages. Thus, it is technically correct to refer to them as such.
Maybe but everyone call then forums these days, even your own message board software is named "Simple Machines Forum", even if they are the basically the same thing (as forums are the evolution of BBS) there are substantial differences, its like calling a car a carriage. Besides the Official Sims 3 Site Message Board is not a Bulletin Board, I think they use vBulletin.

What's this BBS everyone keeps bringing up?
BBS is short for Bulletin Board System. Here people use it because The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 official site did not had a message board but a BBS, at least the US site so they keep calling it that despite NOT being a BBS but a Message Board. I do not blame you for not knowing what a BBS is, when I come online the BBSs pretty much had vanished at that point and it was odd seeing TS2 keep using it as TS3 adapted a message board so when people are talking about the BBS they are likely talking about the Official The Sims 3 Forum, even if that is WRONG[/b] and they should have know better if they were as smart as they claim instead of just being S-M-R-T little sheep.

There is a very good reason. If the decrappify program needs to be updated! for what ever reason (i.e. ongoing development.) It is unlikely that files put through a previous version would work - even after being decrappified again. You would need the base file.
I dont think that is much of issue, if it worked then it worked ... its not going to stop working unless the Launcher is changed again and then everything will stop working. The main problem is people that had previous store content done "the old way" and have lost it due to the Launcher upgrade and if they decrappify they might run into issues with saved games so they must be aware of the steps to take, also people might confuse decrappified versions with the untouched one and use it for the .package extraction method. Besides it does teaches people to be a bit responsible for what they put in their own system as they have to make the extra step instead of going on a download spree ... not that it really helps because I already seen people giving wrong information. Noobs, who had used a decrapped file, would then flood the forums with lots of whinny posts - "I'm a noob, please help me etc. Awesome does not work etc." You know, it would HELP if people did not try to pass incorrect information, chances of decrappify Store content screw up things like core game mechanics seem to be little to none because as far as I know nobody reported such critical failure, I think it MIGHT screw up Sims and lots were previous store content was lost and replaced by decrappified content but then again its not as failsafes are not installed in the game to prevent that from happening since TS2 (as they did happened in TS1) The reason I dont like decrappified content being share is simple, people would NOT share the original versions but the decrappified ones, I have no problem with people sharing decrappified versions as long the original version is/was made available and its clearly labeled as such ... if someone wants to try those, they could go right ahead as its not MY job to protect people from risks and guess want? even if we tell then "decrappify on your own" they can still fuck it up AND then complain about it.

At least he says what he thinks and sticks around, a lot more that can be said about other wussies.
I do say women do give A LOT of conflicting issues, its not hard to see women saying "dont treat us like a object" and then they expect men to treat them EXACTLY like that ... any men that is brave enough to venture the world of female literature can fix plenty of examples of that, after all Twillight success must means something (and not that people are stupid, I already knew that).
Of course I know enough to not argue that point in a estrogen filled forum, another misconception is that women are meek ... bullshit, they are far more aggressive that any men and if women were in power back in WW II we would not have to worry about things today because we would be dead, by nuclear fire.

Ah, the usual /b/tards rejects ...
FYI, I had people complaining about being unable to extract because I use 7zip and used higher compression methods were people that dont had 7zip could not extract it due to the compression.
Now back to "flame person that have a problem and dares to speak on it" ...

What lag?
Besides longer loading time in the neighborhood loading screen, the game seems to handle better streaming that leads to less "lag" but its still going to have streaming problems moving the camera from a location to another using the map menu (that already happened before).
Longer loading times is not lag and they will always go up as EP and SP get released are there are more files and date for it to search and load, this is hardly new as it also happened in TS1 and TS2, expect it was worst in TS2 due to "leaving lot-loading" that make playing outside the home lot a "staring at the loading screen for 10 minutes" event and TS1 was not that much better.

I'm not really looking for the sort of realism where a game I'm playing is as tedious as working a real-life job. What's next, following a Business sim to work and doing paperwork all day?
Well look at this way, a Stylist does 1 job per day (per Salon lot in the neighborhood) that is takes less that 1 Sim hour, then nothing happens for the rest of the and worst is the Sim just stands there, at least the Firehouse have fridges, beds so you can even live there for a bit and you can build skills as it as the only thing you can do in the Salon is socializing with the other 2 NPCs. Stylist is slow AND boring with about zero challenge (new shoes you say?), at least your Sim is working from home as a Interior Decorator.
