I like to think it's EA related based on search results, but I have no idea since I have not played without awesomemod.

I only other mod I have that edits relationship is No Car Relationships  @  http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=419204


Edit: Some more testing,  when you accept renovation, the relationship with the client starts going up 0.1 automatically every few sim minutes until you reload the game file.
What basically happened was the only sims I knew were clients I did renovations for and I never reloaded the game, so my entire relationship panel was sparkling and going up.

Bug:  Being architect and relationship goes up automatically to becoming best friends without much interaction.  All I did was begin renovation without chatting and then turn in.

I did a google search and this problem seems to have existed since 2010 with people becoming best friends after a renovation.  All the answers I found were people (including Pescado on MTS) suggesting that it was due to charisma skills and other relationship boost effects.  No, it's not.   I was looking at my sim relationship and moused over the little sim icon at each picture which displays the relationship from 0-100 with one decimal place  10.1, 10.2 10.3 ... the relationship was going up one decimal place at a time across the board automatically.  This seems as annoying, maybe even more than the bed bug mood a while back.  I have to save the game, reload it for it to stop.

Any fix?  Reloading every day isn't going to help, it stops it momentarily until you start going on the clock and performing designs again.  the "free" relationship gains keeps happening.   On another similar note, something I haven't witnessed myself, I found on search that playing tag also does it.  Someone became fulfilled a wish to become BBF during their sleep and it happens they were playing tag early in the day.

Why are there always hundreds of sims with bad skill modifiers every sim night?  Every night, I type "fixall" and bam, it says it fixed bunchs of sims with bad skill modifiers.  Bigger the town (more sims), the more there is.

Can't the mod just fix the bad skill mods without me having to type fixall?  It really bugs me when I just put in a freshly created sim from the bin, the next day it has level 4 cooking, level 4 handiness. etc.

I've been wondering about a few functions of awesomemod.... and some other things....

1.  With Unified Billing on, what happens if the NPC household has insufficient funds?  Doesn't look like it's getting repo --- does it get added to next bill?

2.  Do special jobs that are assigned to NPC such as Consignment Specialist give any pay?  If they don't, then NPC that get chosen gets screwed over and keep losing funds over time from unified billing.  If special jobs does pay, anyone know if they give more over time?  My game keeps assigning NPC from inactive households instead of the homeless service NPC pool so I've been concerned.

Anyways, I was messing with dropskill and level up martial arts again.  It ended up giving me more martial arts outfit duplicates... hmm

I tried the destroyalltownies.  The tourist/visitor household was deleted in the process, just wondering if that is bad.

Anyone know what is causing my car Sloppy Joppy to be usable in China and how to prevent it from happening?  Everytime I go on vacation,my  sim drives that car out and it follows me to vacation.  I thought cars were not usable in vacation worlds.

Update: I was reading some sims 3 guides, and it states that cars are not supposed to be usable in vacation words and you have to buy a bike or moterbike to use there.

Is it possible to nuke a homeless household?  The character isn't in the world, just listed under listhomeless command.  I can't invite that sim into the world and it shouldn't have existed after a bodysnatch.

I believe it's a copy or residue of a sim I placed in the world for bodysnatch.  The copy of the household (last name) listed under homeless is causing some EditSim issues.  This leads to a theory to another bug report I posted under the bug thread that I could not exit CAS after entering it.  I believe when I was using EditSim, there was actually two copies with same name and it lead me to edit a homeless sim instead.  Editing a sim that is homeless and not in the world causes you to be stuck in EditSim CAS.

Anyways, I think this could be solved if I could delete that bad sim from the world.

After looking at the wiki, I can't find what the option for Unified Depreciaton is for.  (note on spelling, it's spelled as that in game config)

I'm looking to make it harder for people to make money (or reduce income), because after a while (about 30 days in-game), everyone is freaking rich.  Job scaling in a way helps, but it doesn't directly lower income, just makes it harder to get promoted.
