TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Merging mods to increase Performance!

I enjoy merging mods, it does increase my performance somewhat, but its also having a negative effect, causing the game to crash sometimes. I used several programs to find the problem, including Dashboard, which found nothing, then I used Indies Mod Compatability Checker, it found 4207 incompatabilities.

Did you even read the topic of this thread before you posted? This is THE SIMS 3 STORE THREAD for tech help and questions, not the share all the stuff you know about thread. There already is a thread in the Horror for sharing torrents on Fast Lane Stuff. I suggest that anyone who is in a sharing mood drops a line in there if it concerns torrents. I don't use torrents and I don't share links to torrents.

As far as I know, the program automatically deletes the old file that carry the same instance as the new one. This is the main purpose. That is easier since, you are importing a new file, attempt to get rid of the older one. /OFF: Are you the same richardajoy from paradox?
Yes MARKJS, I do frequent PARADOX

Richardmisery, what exactly are you talking about, and why didn't you have the good manners to make this request directly to the s3pe developers instead of bleating behind their backs on another site and suggesting someone else should rewrite it?
I haven't asked anyone to write anything. Can't anyone just talk anymore?

Great tool, i just wish someone wuld redo s3pe so that when it imports package files, it automatically selects the ones with duplicated INSTANCE. Make it a whole lot easier for deletion.
Top marks too u though.

Most of those live nation items do look like crap. To top it off, I just read this following quote at the bottom of the live nation page.
" * To acquire these items you must have purchased SimPoints from The Sims 3 Store. You cannot solely use your promotional SimPoints on these items. Promotional SimPoints are points you received with purchase of a product or that were otherwise awarded free of charge. "
EA won't allow people to spend their "free" points on the items.
EA are a crock of s**t, talk about trying to rake in the coppers.

NRaas_NoCD aint working for me (Ambitions 4.2.32.007001) Looks like i'le have to wait for someone to crack the file. Thanx anyway. No it still works. I just tried it. Also the just updated for the patch version of Awesomemod works to remove the CD check too. However you can't launch the game from the launcher. This includes from the default desktop icon the game makes which calls the launcher first. You have to launcher directly from the game executable, which would be TS3.exe if you only have the basegame, TS3EP01.exe if World Adventures is the most recent expansion/stuffpack your have, TS3SP01.exe if HELS is the most recent expansion/stuff pack you have or TS3EP02.exe if you have Ambitions. I'm still having no joy' even with the blow-by-blow description, keeps repeating itself, telling me to insert disk.

I wish people would create both package and sim3pack files, it then allows people to choose they're own format. I myself prefer sim3pack, but loads of sites with good custom content create them in package. I have nearly 2gb (combined package file), I wish I could remove them but I want the items.
Does anyone know how to convert them properly, i've used a couple of programs, including those found on Thesimsresource, but the mesh don't come out right.
