Besides, Moryrie , I noticed you need to be a member of 4shared to download files larger than 500mb - thought to let you know as you uploaded these recently.

Seriously? I had no idea. Guess I'll have to go back to uploading le huge files to mega-upload for people who can't use the torrent. That'll be a pain.

It's free to sign up for 4shared and it literally takes two minutes. If you want to download the files as a torrent from 4shared then it tells you that you have to be a premium member. I have been using your files since you started making them and they are the only ones that don't screw up my game. If people want your files badly enough, they'll sign up for 4shared. I wouldn't worry about trying to upload them to different sites since it took you 13 hours just to get them up in the first place. I mean to be completely honest, you did a lot just by updating them for everyone. Although, it did take me five separate attempts to download part two of your files BUT it did finally work. For some reason it would download seemingly half of the file and close (I'm assuming it was half because I would walk away from my computer and come back to the downloads window being closed). The file was on my computer but of course when I would click on it, it would throw an error. That was the only file I had problems with and as Neowulf stated, it's your biggest file. Other than that I have no complaints.

I wrote a tutorial awhile back on how to update mods yourself. Make sure if you do update the mods that are currently in your game.. you DO NOT post them anywhere. They are for your personal use only.

You can find the tutorial here: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=1967.0

August 2010 .package

includes:
Pushin' Pedals.
Haute Hip
Provence
Romanza Bridal Party
Weba Yayfoo
DR Pepper 3(11 objects of july)

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JZFNDU8I

Image taken everything that comes

http://i33.tinypic.com/20p1z5h.jpg

The Dr. Pepper objects you are referring too are the Sports and Threatre sets right? I just want to make sure before I compile everything that I don't have any duplicates. I also have other Dr. Pepper items from June that I have compiled in my June 2010.package file so I just want to make sure everything is in order.

:Edited: For clarification.
4  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Working with Max Trait Limits on: 2010 July 29, 06:27:46
I have a mod that caps off at 20 along with some other versions. There are separate amounts for toddler, child, teen, young adult, adult and elder. You can find it here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=410544.

You can use this with or without AM installed. If you use it without AM, you have to have Twallan's Master Controller installed.

6  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AwesomeMod Config Not Working? on: 2010 July 06, 23:51:35
There was a new config file posted today 7.6.10 (21:45:44). I suggest setting all of the options to your liking and save them to 'cookie'. That way all of your settings will be saved when a new config file is posted and all you have to do is click 'generate' at the bottom of the page to have the most recent updated version.

Hi people,some mod,tool,trick,graphic card,expansion,"HOPE",anything  to play the sims 3 to 1280x720 60hz? Undecided

I just updated my graphics card last week (I'm running a Nvidia 100M card for notebooks) and now I have 5 new options in my game for the size screen. While TS3 is loaded, click on options --> and then the first tab should be selected already which are the graphics settings. I just looked through my options and I have all of the new screen sizes except for the one you are asking about Undecided but I do have the option of 60 hz for the screen refresh rate.
8  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 04, 20:42:49
sorry, i'm still not able to find anything :/
i'm looking for the set "life's a beach". only found sims3packs which all didn't work. can somebody decapri... the set and upload it as a package-file? would be awesome!

It's on the last page (10) of the store items thread.

http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,15100.225.html

All of the files Panama Crew posts are in package format.

And yes as jeromycraig noted, you can also quite easily convert sims3packs to package format with various tools such as Delphy's Sims3Pack Multi Extractor at Mod the Sims. I suggest you look into such tools in the future to avoid bugging people to do it for you and post it.

I also have the same items posted in .package format. Panama Crews files are all combined but I posted mine as individual files if you want them in singular form. Also, posted on the SAME PAGE, is a link for the life's a beach and other June 2010 .package files for download.

If you just read the descriptions above everyone's links, you will know what files are .package format and what files are S3packs. There are a few people here that have their own 4shared account and constantly update all of the files so if you search MOAR, I'm sure you will find who they are. Then I would suggest just checking their pages for updates instead of coming on here and whining that you can't find anything.

Note: Patience is a virtue.

Please tell me how can i have store things in my game.
I knew that package. format slows down the game but i don't understand decapify thing, how to make it?
I red alot of forums about it but still i cant make working dbc. files

There is a tutorial posted here at MATY by Anach on how to compile all of your files (.dbc) so your game runs smoother. I also have a tutorial that is pretty much the same as Anachs but with some changes. You can find it here: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=1397.0. The decrapifier is for Sims3Packs. The whole purpose of the decrapifier is to fool the game into thinking that store content is just regular CC, not pirated content. If you try and extract the files with Delphys extractor tool and then compile them in S3PE (without decrapifying), you will receive an error because the store content is now pirated since you didn't buy it directly from the store. If you download .package files of the store items, you just add them into your mods/packages folder. You can, if you choose to do so, compile them into single files such as 'June 2010'. If you don't understand how the whole process works, I would suggest just waiting until the months are in single .package files and download them instead of trying to compile them yourself. Exangel has a 4shared account that is usually updated and has up to February 2010 combined of the store items. You can find it here: http://www.4shared.com/dir/22087218/ec2f18a0/S3sharing.html.
10  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 02, 23:31:57
Okay, thanks Witch. I'll try that next time and see if it works without any flaws.
11  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 02, 23:05:46
Yes please.

Although it's possible I have got it, The Launcher reported a successful install but I haven't checked ingame yet.

You people have all made sure you're using the latest version of the decrapifier, haven't you?

I use JFades tool and just replaced the S3rc file with the new one and use the decrapify option. Is that why the fence wasn't decrapified right?

@Adelajde: Here are both bookshelves, Dr. Pepper Items, Goal!, Island Villa, It's Game Time! and Beach Bummin' Sets objects in single .package format:
http://www.4shared.com/dir/T9H7Hx03/June_2010.html
12  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 02, 21:49:01
Decrapfiying is still a bit wonky with fences--it misses changing one file and the result is that the affected fences just don't show up even though they are installed. Put this in Mods\Packages and you should see it.

Thanks for posting the fix. I'm going to add it to my .package file and re-upload.

:EDIT: Here are the newest Store items in .package format WITH the fence fix by Clara. They include the Adrenaline Rush Set, Romanza Wedding Set (including the festive fencing) and the Zen Again Set. I've also included a 'combined' version if you don't want three separate .package files.

14  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 02, 21:31:00
This is weird - I spent the 25 points and bought the festive fencing separate, installed it, and started up my game.  When I got into a house, I noticed not only did I have the sims3pack file of the festive fencing, but, the .package of the festive fencing was showing up.  I got out of my game, uninstalled the sims3pack file of the festive fencing and started up my game.  I got into a house, and I noticed now the .package of the festive fencing wasn't showing up anymore.  I don't understand.

I would do what Panama suggested. Make the festive fencing .package separate and then just upload that single file or include it in your combined .package file of the wedding stuff. I still do not have the festive fencing so if you could upload the Sims3Pack, it would be greatly appreciated.
15  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / Pudding Factory / Re: The TS3 Store: post your questions, updates, and tech help here on: 2010 July 02, 08:44:57
I downloaded Trinity's sims3pack file of the Romanza Wedding and converted it myself into a .package and I noticed that the festive fencing wasn't in the game - I think EA didn't put the fence in the set - like that Fanciful Fashions Set - there were suppose to be 3 pairs of high heels and only 2 were in the set.

Oh okay. I thought it was something I did because I also downloaded Trinity's Sims3Pack and extracted the files so I could compile all of them for the .package. Thanks for the info, Jaldeer.

:EDIT: I don't know how Panama was able to get the festive fencing to show up but I extracted the Sims3Pack file and compiled it. The festive fencing wasn't showing up or it wasn't included Shocked
16  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AWESOMEMOD 4.0.87 (AMB) TEST THREAD on: 2010 June 22, 06:28:19
Hey, I appreciate all the work being put into the update, thanks Pescado.  I havn't been able to read through this whole thread, and I'm sorry if it has been adressed, but is there any guestimate avaliable for when the new AM would be out?  I foolishly thought that it was avaliable for Ambitions, but I didn't realize that it was only for the retail, and that there was an update since then.  Fairly quick patch...geesh...but I digress.  So I'm just waiting for the new AM to be out so I can jump back into my Sims.  I already got a SimBot, and I wanna color that shit up lol.

FFS it's posted in the downloads section: "1.12/2.7/3.3/4.0 VERSION"

"OFFICIAL NEWPATCH/AMBITIONS PUBLIC VERSION OUT
Lots of crap updated/fixed/etc.

Old version available in /ts3/old for people who are still using 1.11 for Create-A-Crap"

SEARCH MOAR.
17  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Why this dumbas sim behave like a dumbass ? on: 2010 June 21, 06:00:31
I've got one Sim who runs everywhere. He started running when his athletic skill increased. He's now at level 8. He's a firefighter at level 9 of his career. None of my other Sims does this. I don't have AwesomeMod installed yet, and no other mods, so it appears to be a "feature" of the game. None of my Sims has played tag.

You can try using this mod by Shimrod: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=3907.0. It forces your Sims to walk normal instead of 'fast walk' or 'running'. You could also try Twallans Debugger: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=3857.0. By using the debugger, you are able to use it on City Hall and it forces everyone to walk.
18  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: My game is shutting down... Any help? on: 2010 June 21, 05:52:58
Thank you a lot, dear! It really works! I could never think about it, never had this kind of issue before.
I followed the Rainbow Brite tutorial at her journal at MTS:  http://www.modthesims.info/member.php?u=3811336.

It's also posted here: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?board=117.0

That page is ALWAYS being updated with the most recent news and techniques to get your game working properly. I posted the journal entries a long time ago at MTS and don't ever follow up on them so if you need help, post under the TSC thread Wink
19  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: AWESOMEMOD 1.2.7/2.7.7/3.3.11 TEST THREAD on: 2010 June 05, 22:54:12
My partner just played Sims 3 Ambitions soon after she installed the game this afternoon. She did not have any CC and mods installed because she wanted to try the game out first to see if she liked it. The game itself crashed to the desktop with no further explanation. The crash happened during the time she was creating a new Sim in CAS.

I'm going to check out the newer version right now on my machine.

When I first loaded Ambitions, I was playing vanilla. Had a CTD within the first few minutes. After I set the DEP for Ambitions, I haven't had a CTD since. I also used the CFF explorer and set that to 2GB.
20  TS3/TSM: The Pudding / The World Of Pudding / Re: Ambitions CTD when entering a lot on: 2010 June 04, 05:53:29
You need to set your DEP for Ambitions. Also, it wouldn't hurt to download CFF and set it to 2GB.

I'm not going to link you to these pages as Claeric said.. it is posted all over this forum. Search for how to prevent CTD errors.
21  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomemod crashes at loading screen on: 2010 June 02, 08:09:02
No but it does require the latest patch ... that is right now  1.11.7 as 1.2.7 is very much outdated.

Even if it should just throw a "core mismatch" message and not a crash but 1.2.7 is so freaking old that might be the cause ... either way if you want to use AM properly, you always need to keep up with patches.

Oh really, I swear I got a new patch only a couple of weeks ago :/
Okay, well I'll dl the new one and hopefully that will work, thanks for your help (:

AwesomeMod pretty much only runs with the most current version or patch of the game that you are currently running. If you don't patch, AM will throw you an error that it has expired. Again, I still believe it is a framework fail because you didn't even get the 'core mismatch' error as Drakron stated. I wrote a step-by-step tutorial on installing framework manually.. you can find it here: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=1398.0

It is literally as basic as it can get. If you still can't get it to work, then you are officially fucked.
22  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomod discussion/questions/helpful tips thread on: 2010 May 30, 22:50:25
I read somewhere there is a hotkey function for cheats, but I now I can't find it anywhere.  I'm hoping I can find a mod that allows me to switch between my active households using a "next" hotkey.  Has anyone heard of this before?

Here is the 'Auto Cheater' for TS3. It allows you to set hotkeys from F1 to F11 for chosen cheats. Also, next time use GOOGLE. I found this in less than two seconds.. "You may switch instantly between the Chosen households with CRTL-RClick if the 'Supreme Commander' playmode is enabled".

24  Awesomeware / AwesomeMod! / Re: Awesomemod crashes at loading screen on: 2010 May 30, 22:34:48
Anytime the game doesn't fully load, it is most likely a framework fail. Make sure you follow the directions EXACTLY. If for some reason you are too incompetent to follow simple directions, use this: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=384014.

Now.. GO AWAY.
