Have you checked this wiki? http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Sims_3_Nectar_Making There's some good information there. Personally, I find the best nectar is one with flame fruit since there's a flame effect on the glass, and you can name it "Flaming Moe".
