Did you remove unsupported mods?
Also, you should try to run the Sims 3 Dashboard at MTS.
I'm sorry this is the only help I can give you.

Anyone else noticing really looooooooooooooong load times since patching up?  My load times were fine prepatch (I have all my arr'd store content in DBC files), but now I grow old and DIE waiting for the game to load.  I tried moving my hack folder out to see if it was an incompatible mod.  Didn't help.

My game loads faster.
But I must add that cc on CAS takes a little longer to display and work.
I didn't clear my Cache files, so I guess the patch is somehow slowing down my game too.
Maybe you should try to take out you whole Mods folder to see if it there is some bad, unsupported cc inside.
I had an issue with two TSR dresses that made my loading time like HELL.

Okay...so...since installing the new patch..I've come to find out that none of my custom hair works.. It all shows up as either bald heads or very short cropped hair on both male and female....Is this a patch issue or does cc need to be updated also whenever a new patch comes out??  Huh

..Weird.
That didn't happen to me and I'm running your same patch.
This makes me think it's not a patch issue.
Did you compressorize your cc?
Are you running Sims 3 packs instead of packages or .dbc archives?

You are not alone.

I have a feeling that the new EA fucktardery code isn't playing nice with compressed files

I have that feeling too.
As I said in my previous post, I never had trouble with compressed files before the patch.
Now that I have them decompressed (a good 252 MB of joy), my game loads very fast and runs smoothly without (!!) all the bugs I was so angry at.

This thread was very useful to me!
I replaced all of my compressorized cc with the original sized one: my game loads ten times faster and animations are no longer corrupted!
Well, I never had trouble using the compressorizer before the latest patch.. it's weird. But it works!
