My sims often make friends with the Garden Club woman, only to discover afterwards that she's uncallable (Maxis didn't see fit to provide her with a phone of her own, so she can only be reached through the club).  If this will fix that, this will be very cool!

That one's truly impressive in its unliveability!  Wake up in the morning, run up the stairs to make breakfast, run up the stairs to take a shower, run up the stairs to study for that last skill point needed for promotion before the carpool comes, then run down all those stairs to go to work.  Perhaps the creator can be sentenced to live in such a house. :-)

Well, that's because Katy (who makes most of the stuff at the Sims Mod Board) is hacker, not a mesher.  It's like expecting Pescado to make gorgeous items for his various controllers. :-)

The thing is, the mesh looks to me like the sort of angular good-idea-but-bad-execution monstrosity that FeeEssen churns out, and she and Katy often work together.  I sure hope Katy hasn't been taking meshing lessons from Fee....

No, Biology would be really low on the list of majors for a law career.  I'd think Political Science would be the best major, with History and Psychology also being useful.  Of course, for a trial lawyer, you could argue that Drama would be the most useful. :-)

I've been using this, and now my Knowledge sim has five slots of buy-stuff wants.  Her house is fully furnished, so it's not the "buy a toilet, buy a shower, buy a refrigerator" set of wants you get when you move a sim into an empty house.  And she's maxed on skill points, so while she can't wish for those, she could still wish to play chess or stargaze or play with the dog or kiss her girlfriend, and she doesn't.  Usually only my (rare) Fortune sims have the want to buy things that cost at least X amount, but now my Knowledge sims do, too.  I guess if you take away their desire to kill themselves, then they want expensive consumer goods.  Weird!

I thought she was wearing unusually ugly bracelets until you said something about sleeves.  Long sleeves really do NOT match the mood of that outfit.  Of course, given the mood of that outfit, perhaps this is a good thing. :-)

Gah, you're right.  Now that I go back and look at it, it IS a TV.  It would be much less awful as a mirror!  I guess my brain was protecting me from the true awfulness. :-)


I dunno, I kind of like pink.  There were years when I never wore it, and then I made friends with a transgendered guy who was way into all manner of "feminine" stuff, and I decided that if he could like it, I could, too.  Some of us have to take the hard way to things. :-)

Yeah.  That's awful, but understandable.  But why choose such an incredibly ugly pattern?  And what I find really bizarre is that the same pattern on the upholstery of the sofa is also applied to the wood of the table and chair.  WTF?
