I have High speed internet.

I re-downloaded the files again and the problem is the same.
When placed in downloads folder they don't show up in the game. And if I try to install them with Clean Installer the packages are empty and nothing is installed.

I was trying to get them all. I have downloaded the whole collection several times from several sites, even tried torrents. Then I tried just to down load one collection at a time, But it's always the same.  When I go to install them Clean installer says they are empty package files.

I download the files and extract them with Win rar. But when I try to open them with Clean installer the files are empty.
I have Sims 2, Nightlife, University, Pets, and the glamor life stuff.
